Absolutely great quality Chinese food at this location! I have not tried their sushi, but their sushi menu sure sounds appetizing! I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce (it's spicy) along with an order of Singapore Mei fun noodles (also spicy.) Both excellent and flavorful meals. Employers seemed friendly and nice. Food was ready for take out in less than the 15 minutes I was told on the phone. Would gladly return when I'm in the area. read more

Oh, my, this place is fantastic! I extremely enjoyed every piece of sushi made in the Sushi deluxe...so fresh it melted in my mouth held together by the perfect rice & wasabi base. My meal included an equally fresh salad topped with a delicious ginger dressing and a miso soup so loaded with such tasty ingredients I just had to eat every last drop I also tried the fried pork dumplings that were also out of this world! Frequent this place often. Great selection of Chinese and Japanese meals. Love the general tsos chicken. The sushi rolls are great and fresh, also large. They have improved on their ordering system and pick up times are much less. (Around 20 minutes). Love ordering from here when I want Chinese and Japanese food! read more

Hime's menu spans from Taiwanese, Japanese, to Chinese. Likely due to the owners being from Taiwan where all these foods form the melting pot of food and culture. While not a wide selection, we found the sashimi to be fresh and tasty. They have quite a few sushi rolls, but I'm not usually into those, so I didn't order them. Go for the Popcorn Chicken, a Taiwanese street food snack that Hime does well. Chicken was moist and soft, with a slightly crispy exterior with some good spices. If you want another special taste, ask if they have they have Taiwanese "mien hsien" noodle soup, it's not on the menu, but the chef does make it sometimes. I am giving them 5 stars-4 for the food and 1 extra because their set up for pick-up during COVID-19 is great. We ordered the Singapore Chow Mei Fun with Curry and it was delicious. It could have been a little bit spicier but the flavors were fresh and appetizing. The House Fried Rice is our go to for a quick choice and didn't disappoint. We found this place by accident when it first opened a while ago; it's on our way to the shore. I'm thinking, Japanese in EHC??? The sushi and sashimi are excellent and the food was obviously fresh. My wife had the tempura and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only that but I walked out of there stuffed AND had a doggie bag of tempura that went home for a midnight snack. The staff are wonderful. Walked in and I was the only person here. There is no liquor license for Sake but there is a a liquor store across the street. BYOB is welcomed. I ordered the miso soup and it had good flavor. I then ordered green tea. Interesting that the server did not pour my drink. Tea is good though. Sitting at the sushi bar I told the sushi chef that I don't eat shell fish and to make me a platter of the other fish. The fish were fresh but it lacked spices and lacked presentation. My food came out in a small plate with tuna, yellowtail, and salmon all on top of each other with wasabi and ginger on the side. I requested a spicy tuna roll and it was ok. The Beautiful Roll is shrimp tempura and cucumber with spicy tuna on top and drizzled with eel sauce. The sushi tasted very fresh. The presentation was beautiful. The Wonton soup was LOADED with Wonton and very tasty as well. The service was also quick and everything was out in less than 10 minutes. NO NO NO on the sushi, unless you do not mind fishy, fake yellowtail and salmon that has no flavor or color. It was actually quite grey. The dragon roll contained almost no avocado. They're variety of food is decent and it's always freshly made. The atmosphere is quite beautiful! Lots of contemporary art and furniture. Great find! We weren't aware the first time it's BYOB, which is fine if you know ahead of time. The popcorn chicken is excellent (and a little spicy) and the sushi respectable. My husband ordered the Lo Mein and needed to ask for extra red chili sauce, which was homemade and excellent if you like heat. They do a lot of takeout so I think they keep the spice level low on entrees like this. I had the Rainbow Roll and it was great, better than expected. The salad bar was good and was stocked with a nice ginger dressing. I think it came with the Lo Mein but our server also let me get a salad with the rainbow roll. So glad to find this place, have been twice in the last three weeks already and plan to make this our regular local restaurant. read more
