I don't now what to say about these guys. they have been to our house twice and never did a follow-up and would never even return my calls! They have pictures that I need and I can't even get them . The owner even came out the second time and was supposed to follow up with me the next week and I never heard back from him. He told me to give him a call the next week and remind him in case he went squirrel on me which I did and never even bothered to return my call. The first guy that came was pretty sure that he could get insurance to pay for it and was going to run it by his boss and then he just fell off the face of the earth. read more

Used King Services after the water hammer (Kamiah) caused our water heater to blow and our basement to flood. Paul and Matt were great! Checked for mold and how far the water damage had spread. Coordinated damaged flooring removal and new install. Helped mediate with the insurance adjuster and enabled us to get full payment for damages. Can't say enough good about these guys. Beyond Poor, worst experience ever. Management yelled at me when asked about work that was not being done. Took a month longer to finish than their project manager said, in fact he did not order the carpet until the day before he promised to be finished. No nail holes were filled on the trim, the trim does not flow into the preexisting trim, the walls were left unfinished. They left my house unlocked for 4 days while I was gone... much much more can be stated Do not use this service at all, very poor management and the construction work is far below standards and according to the owner no final or in progress inspection is ever done by a supervisor or manager read more

DO NOT use Kings Services for Mold testing and cleanup. Their mold technician Rich has no customer services skills. During the testing process he told me I was "grasping at straws" and that "everyone thinks when they get sick that they have mold." Come to find out my house has high levels of mold everywhere which was the cause of me being sick for almost a year. After he told us the results it took him 5 days to email us a copy of the report. I spoke with him three times and all three times he was rude and uncooperative. I'm working with CTR from now on, Ryan is much easier to deal with. Horrid experience! Knew the flooring and cabinets I wanted before they ever came to the house to talk to me. Gave them flooring samples, told them which one I wanted. They wanted to see if they "could find something at a better price" I don't know HOW many times and ways I can say give me LIGHT blonde flooring. They sent out every dark brown shade out there. MULTIPLE times. I Knew the cabinets I wanted, and drew up the plans and where I wanted them from. They took so long that I got bullied into cabinets I didn't want, they are horrid. not plumb, wonky doors, They didn't set them evenly. When they painted them, they didn't even sand them first! The wood is so rough, you could catch cloth on it. The paint is uneven, drips in some places, sparse or none in others. If they just would have ordered the cabinets I wanted in the first place, they would have been here and assembled already! And quite possibly plumb even with my old house!!!! They didn't keep to the time limit promised. The left hand never knew what the right one was doing. It is so horrid, I am having the insurance adjuster out again, to see the poor quality of work done. To see if I can get this rectified. I am sick of living in 1/4th of my house!!!! I am even doing some of the work myself just to speed the process up! Just taking FOREVER. Even barring normal hiccups with constructions. This is just ridiculous. I am appalled. Never had such lousy work done in my life. Coming from a family that knows how to do construction, I can tell you so many things they are doing wrong! I am so sorry I chose them! They aren't pulling the wool over my eyes one bit. read more

What should have been a 2 week job ended up taking 6 weeks. Their workers (usually only 2 showed up even though there was supposed to be 4+) were inefficient and every time I stopped by to check on the progress, they were either smoking or sitting in their vans. Although they said I could leave food in my fridge and it would stay plugged in, that never happened. I now have a rotten fridge that they say is not their problem. Our walls and ceilings are two different colors, our baseboards are broken and not installed, they used all of my toilet paper and clorox wipes, they left my bathroom an absolute wasteland of stench and feces, they would show up at 1000 and leave at 1500 every day and take an hour+ lunch break, basically every aspect of my interaction with them has been negative. They half a***d the entire job and cost me way too much money. I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone EVER. read more
