a display of pickles and cheese

I have been on the hunt for a very specific brand and type of pickles! This King Soopers came to the rescue. You see my pickle connoisseur friends were hard up for some horseradish pickles. Mr. H located them here and off I went. They were present it on the shelf perfectly, and I could tell they were ready to come home with me. It takes a special kind of grocery store to know to carry the right stuff. They also have a fabulous bakery and I shop here all the time for desserts Keep those pickles in stock, and I will keep coming back !

I deal with doctors, medical assistants and healthcare professionals on a weekly basis due to having rheumatoid arthritis, two different forms of lupus, Raynaud's disease, Sjogren's, scoliosis and a rare neurological disorder that makes basic day-to-day activities sometimes difficult. There is an employee at this pharmacy location named Shelby who is a bully and who holds the uncanny skill of making customers feel even worse than before, when they're already unwell. She is in a state of perpetual exasperation when asked to refill a bottle of pills and has treated me and my husband the same way--both on the phone and in person. The friendlier team members who work at the same location are unfortunately overshadowed by the unprofessional and unwelcoming nature of this particular individual. When a person is sick, sleep deprived, in pain, or anxious for possible upcoming scans and tests, kindness from a pharmacy team member can make all the difference in the world. Anyone who's been sick in their life can tell you it's a lonely experience, and that feeling of being ostracized is even more pronounced when dealing with workers like Shelby who make one feel not only like an inconvenience but a blurred number among many. No one chooses a life of disease or disability. And what if someone grappling with a new diagnosis calls in and happens to be struggling with suicidal thoughts? Where is the grace and compassion for hurting humans in need of help? I would strongly recommend members of the ranch community in need of a safe dependable pharmacy to look elsewhere and save themselves the grief or any hurt feelings. Kindness is free but priceless. And so powerful.

I question what the management is doing because they're not visible and are missing the obvious issues. Produce is constantly not on the shelves but is in the back if you find someone to go get it for you. There's no attention to the checkout line. It's a pretty big store and I can't be convinced that at any given time there is only one person capable of operating a register. At virtually every other store, if the line is longer than two or three people they call someone to come to the front to open another one. This hardly ever happens here which seems disrespectful of the customers. They only occasionally have someone bagging on the checkout lines which only slows down how quickly people can get checked out. Because they don't have enough checkout registers open, customers are forced to use the self check out. This too is understaffed. I've never seen more than a single employee running around both areas responding to "help me "issues. Annoying to have to wait while the employee has pulled in multiple directions trying to help a lot of other frustrated customers. What's going on in the deli is not a management issue. It's a Kroger issue. Waiting to have lunch meat cut is a waste of time, but the staff have been told not to cut and package quantities under 3/4 of a pound. Some of that amount almost always begins to spoil before I can use it all, and I usually use it almost daily. I don't understand the point of not offering some of it in smaller quantities.

There is a new champ and best TJ store in the US…read more I have written to TJ HQ about their amazing team members in their Plainview store. This location on University Blvd in Greenwood Village feels like home. The reasons are how the wonderful, caring, down to earth and fun team members work together, enjoy themselves and take time to really take care of customers and have real conversations with them- not just about the items on the shelf. Beka - you are one of a kind ! I was paying for my purchase with the wonderful Eli when Beka walked up to us and presented me with the unique Colorado Trader Joe's shopping bag. ( photo). She had noticed my out of state Nevada bag and we spoke for about 10 minutes as she was stocking and I was getting some avocados and lemons. Very sweet and considerate. Josy- you are a rare, unique, kind, real, fun and very cool person and yes, a hard worker with an amazing attitude. I saw you go through those boxes in the freezer section. Just fantastic. Loved Rosy who was sampling some cheese. She spent 27 years in Silver Spring, Md. The 2 gentlemen behind the counter were having fun. Loved the energy. It definitely trickled down to the staff and the customers got it too. I really feel like I have known Beka and Rosy for 20 years. The store is well maintained. The aisles are not cluttered. The restrooms are immaculate. Parking is free and abundant.

Also, they have their delicious protein pancakes! The location in Parker seems to run out of them rather quickly or no longer stocks them. I was overjoyed when I saw that they stock these delicious pancakes. As for other items in the store, they pretty much carry the same as other TJ locations in the Denver metro area. It's been a long time since I visited this location. I frequented here when living in Aurora. I happened to stop by yesterday as I was out running errands in the area. I didn't need to wait long for checkout. Average staff interaction at the register. I would return here again if I were in the area. Also, it's a shared public parking lot. Access in and out isn't so seamless. Especially during weekend traffic.
