This year, my lawn got pretty brown and I could no longer keep up with watering it. I found this business on Yelp and decided to give it a shot; best decision I could have made. Not only did I get a response quickly, but the work was able to be done sooner than any other landscaping company I talked to by a considerable amount. I got an irrigation/sprinkler system installed and now watering my lawn is merely an afterthought. In addition, I had a flower bed put in the front of my house and it looks awesome. Curt is a hard working and down to earth guy. I was very happy to give him my business and will continue to do so. He puts in the time and effort needed to deliver with quality. Curt now mows my lawn regularly and even treats it when needed. I could not be happier with his services and I highly recommend him to anyone for their lawn and landscaping needs.

Consumer Warning Regarding Prime Irrigation…read more I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We signed a written agreement for lawn care services and paid in advance. The agreed-upon services were not completed. After discussing the issue, the owner acknowledged the situation and agreed to refund us $550. Despite that agreement, the refund has not been paid. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and have been given refund dates that have come and gone without payment. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to reach a resolution, but we are still waiting for either the promised refund or a concrete payment plan. What concerns me most is that while this issue remains unresolved, we have been blocked by the business, and the company appears to continue taking on new customers and projects. I am not sharing this to be vindictive--I am sharing it because if I had known beforehand that I might have to spend this much time and effort trying to recover money that was acknowledged as owed to me, I would have made a different decision. If the refund is paid and the matter is resolved, I will update this post accordingly. As of today, however, we have not received the $550 refund that was agreed upon. I am disappointed in this experience because I've now lost the opportunity to get on the list for other reputable landscaping companies.
