Terrible Business, awful experience Scheduled a private car to shuttle me and my family (PBI not Miami) to the airport for a Holiday trip. Received a confirmation via email and text that we would be picked up at the appropriate time. Car never showed up. Called and found out that the company did not even schedule a car for us. Almost missed our flight and went through a great deal of stress and paid more to park at the airport. The reason I scheduled the car in the first place. The company did not apologize and clearly does not care about this situation. Truly disgusted with the entire experience and would not feel comfortable dealing with this company again due to the entire experience. Stood up! They were fine when they came to pick us up to take us to PBIA in the morning, but we were flying back that evening and needed transportation home. They emailed me to let them know when my plane landed so they would be ready for us. I did that when my plane landed at 12:30am. I couldn't find anyone on site to speak to since no shuttle showed up. I called their dispatch 4x and no answer. I called their customer service who couldn't reach dispatch either. I requested a refund. I then had to make alternate plans at 2am! Customer service could care less and no apologies. Never again with these people! read more

NO DRIVER ever showed up after 45 minutes of waiting outside on the sidewalk at 5:20AM!!!!!! Completely unacceptable. NO ONE would answer the phone when they transferred me to dispatch to find out where the driver was, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. When I did call back during business hours at 9:00AM they STILL could not give a reason as to why they never showed up, and told me I had to file a claim to get my money back....WHAT??!!! YOU don't show up and STILL get paid...seems fair. NEVER EVER Book with them! Stinks for Super Shuttle because I was going to use for EVERY airport transfer my daughter needed while at College the next 4 Years! NOPE! Never Again. read more

My wife and I having booked rides in advanced online with SuperShuttle to and from PBI, four times upon our arrival from JFK we were stood up. We were lucky enough to catch a cab twice an hour later to take us home. The two other times we were stood we called UBER. Never again will we us the services of SuperShuttle. The saying goes, "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me..but seriously four times? you suck" Zero stars. read more

BEWARE. My flight got changed so I needed to "edit" my trip with super shuttle. You can't get anyone on the phone, they redirect you to the online website or an app on your mobile phone. I changed the time of my ride arriving at WPB FL but for some reason I got calls the day before my travels from an mad driver asking where I was. He said he was at the airport and was looking for me. I explained that I had changed the time of the ride online because my flight was changed by the airline. He said, "dispatch sucks and they always mess up the day when a flight is after midnight." This made me nervous so I booked a different ride on the Super Shuttle website. This time I booked exec car, figuring it was more expensive so there shouldn't be an issue. WRONG. My flight arrived late at 1:30 am. The email tells you that flights arriving after 1 am, you have to call dispatch. Once we got off the plane, I immediately called dispatch. I was on hold for 25 minutes. I tried 3 more times but never got anyone. We were the only flight arriving so late. There was no driver waiting. Then 45 minutes later I get a call from the driver. The same one who called me the day before in error asking where I was. I thought that was weird. He reprimaned me and said I didn't follow the directions. I explained that I had followed the directions. I arrived an hour late and I called dispatch and no one answered and no one was there to pick us up. He then told me to "relax about all of this". After 15 hours of traveling from out of the country and an exhausted daughter with me, I didn't want to be told to relax, I wanted a ride home. Trying to get your money back is a disaster. You can't get anyone on the phone. You have to go online and create a ticket. Then you have to wait 3-7 business days for them to contact you. They basically charge you before you've even gotten the ride and then you have to wait for your money back if it doesn't work out. Luckily, there was a driver there whose client had missed our flight. He was able to give us a ride instead. He was so professional nice and he works for a local company. I will only use them from now on. You call them and you get a person on the phone. When you book a ride, they give you the name of the driver and they give you a cell number. This way you can always text the driver if you are delayed or there is an issue. They text you about your flight if there are changes or it is going to be a late arrival. They text you that they are at the airport waiting so when you get off the plane you can see the text. They also hold up a sign with your name on it so you can identify them as the driver. Much better service and peace of mind. Now I have to go back to Super Shuttle website and try to get a refund for two pickups that never happened. read more

Do not prepay for this shuttle service out of PBI. I booked a return trip and paid on line, with tip included, when I booked my outgoing travel. Super shuttle took the total payment weeks before the trip. Upon my return (which I confirmed and receive texts from them when I landed) I went to the counter in PBI to get the shuttle. 9:20pm. I was informed at the counter there were NO drivers on duty, there was nothing they could do and that I had to find my own transportation at that point. When I requested my refund-again I was told there was nothing they could do and to call the offices. Seriously?!?? I called the office number and you cannot speak directly to anyone. They direct you to a web site. I was able to put in a ticket, but it has been over a week and a half and I have not heard back. So today I turned to yelp to warn others! This is the most unprofessional, unreliable service around. If you do use them, don't pay till you reach your destination and make sure you have a backup plan. read more

I am at a loss as to what kind of business this is honestly. I booked this the night before my return. Once I arrived I went to the front desk at PBI, the young lady was very pleasant, she directed me where to wait. I sat here for 15 mins, I approached the desk to find out the status of my ride. She checked and conveyed that there were no super shuttles and that I would be taking a taxi that would arrive shortly. Once the taxi arrived; the gentleman exited the vehicle and was soon no where to be found. He later reappeared. In totality I waited 30 mins for this ride. I should have checked the reviews here, I would have avoided this very difficult experience. I just dont have time to waste. read more

Usually on time but sometimes drivers drive way too fast. Non-responsive to several e-mails to support, so I'm done with this company.

Reserved and PAID for my shuttle in advance. Driver never showed up! When I called the "dispatch" number on my text confirmation, the call was sent directly to music for over 20 minuets! The shuttle person on duty at PBI apparently went home because the computer systems were down. I finally hung up and took a cab...BUT WAS STILL CHARGED!!! Horrible! Received text confirmation the evening before my 6:00 AM morning flight they would be at my home between 3:35 and 3:50 AM. At 4:15 AM I tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes. They told me they couldn't find the driver and suggested I make alternative plans to get to the airport! It cost me $65 for a cab and I missed my flight. read more

My flight was Jet Blue to Newark Airport leaving PBI at 6:08 am. Driver of Van #822 showed up at my Delray home at 3:25 am (was scheduled to show up between 3:45 am and 4:00 am) but that's not the problem. He then went to Federal Hwy north of Boynton Beach Blvd. to pick up passenger taking a 7am flight. He then went south to the Colony Club on Atlantic Avenue in Delray to pick up a passenger scheduled to be picked up by him around 5:30am taking an 8am flight. She was still in bed. The Boynton Beach passenger and I sat in the van and had to wait 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! for the Colony Club lady. He then went west (passing MY STREET on the way) to Flavor Pict Road to pick up 2 passengers who were scheduled to be picked up around 5:30 because their flight wasn't until 8am and the husband was still not dressed. We reached PBI at 5:35 -- flight boarding started at 5:33. PBI check-in personnel told me I was too late to check my baggage (baggage must be checked in no later than 40 minutes before boarding time). They would not let me take the flight. They gave me the choice of waiting at the airport for today's 3pm flight (which I declined because I would have to wait at the airport for over 9 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!) or tomorrow's 6:08 am flight. I chose tomorrow's 6:08 am flight. So I had to take a taxi back to my condo which cost me $58.29 plus tip. And tomorrow morning I will have to take a taxi back to PBI and pay that same amount -- because there is NO WAY I will ever again use Super Shuttle from my home to PBI. I want a refund of today's prepaid Super Shuttle charge of $27.61 (part of which is a P R E P A I D TIP!!!!!!! to the incompetent driver). AND I want Super Shuttle to compensate me fully for the $58.29 taxi ride back to my home. I will post this ABSOLUTELY TRUE DETAILED NARRATIVE about their lousy service provided by their INCOMPETENT driver of Van 822 anywhere and everywhere I can. read more

Booked, paid and confirmed reservation online. Arrived on time at PBI at 1230 AM expecting a ride to my destination, only to be told by an unapologetic and unsympathetic dispatcher that there was no ride for me -their driver refused because there was only one passenger and they cannot find a taxi for me. Nobody called me ahead of time about this. This was the first and definitely last time I will use this service- poor customer service, incompetent, unreliable, zero star rating. read more
