Great, quick tree trimming service! My husband called them, talked to Mike, and sent pictures over of our big oak tree. They saw how bad our tree was (safety-wise) and wanted to work on it that day. One guy, David, came over and saw it might be an all-day job, so they came over at 8am the next day to get started, but were done by 11:30am. I ran into Michael where he and his team were working on my neighbor's tree. After a short conversation, he gave me a reasonable quote that was hard to turn down. Not only that, he was able to provide the service the next day. His team showed up on site at 8:00 am sharp and got on right away. Within 3.5 hours, they were able to trim down two huge sycamore trees, hauled away and cleaned up the yards. Kingdom Tree Service did a very large backyard project with tree stump grinding & removal. I will say as far as the work when they were here, it was a decent job. However, as far as the negotiated price the foreman tried to pump me for another $500 on some stumps that I had told him to remove but said later that that wasn't part of the agreement. My mistake was I did not have them put everything we negotiated on the contract. The foreman wrote a very vague"removal of various trees" on the cheesy contract receipt. The stump in question was removed anyway because the same foreman wasn't there for 70% of the project And the guy working solo didn't know or have any specific instructions. This job took four days to complete however there was one day of rain so it was actually three. One guy actually showed up at the very end of the rain day for a few hours to do what he could Which was very late in the afternoon approximately 4:30 PM. Kingdom Tree Service had one main guy mentioned above all by himself for 2 1/2 Days of the work. If they had an entire team like the first two days, the job would have been done much sooner. And the extra bodies they had the first couple days were hired temporary help. You could definitely tell the guys that showed up were not dressed to do tree work And were not normal full time employees. In addition, they showed up late each day of the project Although they did stay later in the evening. However when you say you're going to show up between 8 and 9am And show up at noon or later and never call me to say you're going to be late was not acceptable to me. My last complaint was the debris cleanup at the end of the project was all dumped into my Green waste garbage bin and my regular garbage can to the rim! Because of this I could not even throw away any garbage or do my own lawn mowing to get rid of my grass clippings. With this, the Tree Service also placed debris in my neighbors green waste bins as well unbeknownst to me. My neighbors later complained to me. Again overall the job they did was adequate but the things like trying to gouge me for more money, showing up late, staying late, not having more crew to get the job done faster, and throwing debris in my garbage cans as well as my neighbors garbage cans rather than hauling it away was not acceptable to me. I will not be using the service in the future or recommending them to others but this was a very honest review. Again they did do a decent job as Far as the actual tree removals. Just buyer beware. read more

Same day job completion, removed 2 smaller trees and 1 large ash tree in a corner near power lines. I hired them to trim trees and to prune and shape a couple of fruit trees. Nice guys, did well trimming overhanging trees from neighboring yards. However, I would never ask them to prune my fruit trees again. They definately do not know how to prune a fruit tree. They whacked the tops off, did not remove branches that were water shoots or were not need for production of fruit. They used a saw to cut off branches leaving exposed rough limb ends. Never used a prune to leave a clean cut. I just hope the trees will not be exposed to mold and bacteria causing me to loose these trees. Use caution, ask questions. read more
