VERY GOOD! I had a great experience, the workers are very nice, kind, and helpful. I loved how my bathroom and kitchen turned out.

Well the customer service was good - the person who helped me at the CS desk was friendly and well-informed (I joined online and she told me when to actually expect the physical card in the mail). Other than the CS rep, it's a pretty spartan experience and really just a bigger Walmart. Which duh. Waltons and all that. But it doesn't even have the stuff I would get at WalMart. None of the fresh or frozen foods were enticing to me. Many of the other products were slightly overpriced as compared to Costco or BJs. I did get some things for the convenience factor though: -humongous jug of Fabuloso -Dog treats shaped like churros (I love churros and so does Wesley) -eggs - And a Frigidaire portable fridge/freezer for the tractor trailer that I ordered online last week when it was on sale. I had to join the club to get the product. Ah - I've answered my own question. This place is best for one-off purchases. Verdict: Sam's prioritizes its house brand (Makers Mark) over all else. Many of these brands are actually big names in disguise. However I don't have the time or interest in seeing what is and isn't beyond a cursory internet look AND Walmart hasn't quite built up my trust enough on their house items (I'm still irritated at the Great Value pasta noddles I bought a few years ago) for me to go all in on Makers Mark like I would a Costco Kirkland item. So I predict I'll use my membership sparingly and strategically. You do you though.

It has groceries, household items, snacks, and bulk deals that actually save you money. Checkout is usually quick, especially with the Scan & Go option, which makes the whole shopping trip so much easier. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the store stays pretty clean. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because some items can be hit or miss with availability, and a few sections get crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's reliable, convenient, and definitely worth the membership. I always find what I need and leave feeling like I got good value.

Avoid this company at all costs. We have used them for years across all of our stores and the quality of their services has gone downhill.Significantly. we don't have people with the strength or knowledge to assemble.Six foot display case stores and locks. And everything, that's why we paid this company almost two thousand dollars for delivery, even though they are only seventy miles away. I am very aware of how these mannequins work as i already own several. After arguing with them for two weeks, they finally agreed to send me another pole, but alas, that one does not work either. Furthermore, the item is filthy, rusty, and shop worn--it was sold as "new". If you can shop in person, make sure you check everything before paying. I get the impression that, like far too many businesses, they are putting defective, returned merchandise back on the shelves and passing it off to their customers.

BJ's is fine overall, but the produce section leaves a lot to be desired. That said, I really enjoy the app experience. Express Checkout in-club is easy to use, and the number of available coupons is a big improvement compared to Sam's. The savings actually feel accessible. I usually just run to BJ's for when I need only a couple of items because usually there's no lines and no customers and I can see why the EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NONEXISTENT OR LAZY! About 80% of the time when I've needed assistance at the quick checkout, the employee who supposed to be working, would be chatting with other employees with their backs facing the registers and would not even know you need assistance. I assume management doesn't really care or they are just as lazy collecting a paycheck. Even though they just recently renovated a new entrance exit area, they need to rehire employees who actually care and the place may start making some money. Not even worth taking any pictures!

Actually quite apt for the surroundings. BJ's as with largely all membership clubs makes their profit on memberships with a minimal markup on goods but what serperates them is selection, freshness, customer service and peripheral services all of which BJ's rank last in. Sure you could probably light the store a bit better, and YES Costco*** has better frozen food (have I mentioned I will be dying of a frozen pizza induced heart attack some day soon?), but still, I am so happy that you're so close to me. You can absolutely bet that I will be back for an 84 pack of seltzer soon, and maybe a 84" 8.5k 4D TV as I know you'll have both in stock waiting for me. ____________ *SO many NY plates at this BJ's - is the one in Staten really that ba...oh right, never mind. **Which of course will take an hour or so...because yeah there's a lot of inventory and my gerbille like attention span goes insane in any Wearhouse-esque store. ***They also don't accept American Express, and as such, are literally dead to me.
