When I went to Mohave Plastic Surgery, the staff was friendly, helpful and quite accommodating. All of the staff seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). The staff was very discrete with me (they knew I wanted privacy and even let me use their private entrance to check in for my surgery and to leave when it was over). They were all very kind and respectful to me the entire time I was there. Ms. Karen even watched my very rambunctious 2 year old son for the hour I was in the operating room! I was scheduled for a 3 month follow up. First of all, the appointment was cancelled with no notice. I found out when I arrived at the office. Even though they send out auto reminders and confirmations of the appointment they said not to pay attention to those. At the rescheduled followup they said they were now out of network for my insurance and would not see me. Again no call informing me of this. Just auto messages confirming my appointment. I will never go to this place again. It used to be great but has seriously deteriorated. Go somewhere else.

Their waiting area is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious, with a beautiful chandelier, paneled ceiling, lush couch, and soft, inviting lighting. You wouldn't think you were anywhere near a medical office building. The rest of their office is clean and professional. I was brought to one of the procedure rooms which was prepped ahead of time. Dr. Hayley Brown herself is fantastic. Her level of knowledge and expertise was immediately evident, and I always felt confident and comfortable enough to ask questions. I felt she took my opinions seriously and helped me to come up with a game plan we both supported. I was a first-time injectable patient, so perhaps my nerves were showing, but she helped me feel very comfortable, helped me know what to expect before, during, and after, and always made sure I was comfortable. I left after saying bye to everyone I had mentioned above - they really felt like a little family there! I loved the vibe! This appointment was only a few days ago, so only time will tell when it comes to results, but I'll update my review as necessary!
