I have gone to another guy for the last few times that I got my windows tinted but he always seems to prioritize other things so I decided to give this place a try. I stopped in one day after work as it's on my way home. I pulled in and saw they were doing a tint on a car already. It looked as if the whole family was working together which I thought was pretty cool. A guy approached me and asked what I was looking to get done. I told him what I wanted and he assured me it wouldn't be a problem and to give him 20 minutes to finish the job he was currently on. I told him "no problem". And 10 minutes later he came out and asked me to pull my car in. I handed him the keys and he got right to work. We waited for about 25 minutes and the job was done. He instructed me not to roll my windows down for 2 days and that I'd be good after that. Well it's now almost a month later and the tint looks amazing. I couldn't be happier. The service was done quick and it was only $80 for the 2 front windows which is a pretty fair price. I will definitely be coming back next time I need any windows tinted. Highly recommend this place. The only thing I could say would be better is maybe have a more comfortable waiting area with a few more chairs. But overall I had a great experience. read more

Had a horrible experience!!! Came in the 3rd of July for a new windshield. Because of the holiday and weekend they told me to leave a $200 deposit and that they would order and have the windshield available for install on Monday the 8th. I came in on Tuesday for the windshield and they told me that the windshield had arrived broken to come back the next day. I was upset because I don't live around the corner and this was my second attempt at a new windshield, of course they refused to refund my deposit therefore I had to return the next day. To compensate me they gave me a $20 discount... On Tuesday the 9th I came back for my new windshield and would you believe that these slimeballs installed the broken windshield with some glue on it. The Crack was on the top center of the windshield behind the rear view mirror, it was not noticeable. It was when my windshield started whistling while on the freeway that I noticed it was chipped and glued. I called the manager immediately on Friday the 12th of July. I spoke to Ivan and told him that I was very upset and he told me that he him self inspects ever windshield and that it was my problem and for all he knows it was me that chipped the windshield myself. I was tricked because the chip was behind the blue tape that the installers put and I was told to leave the tape for 24hrs. When the tape came off behold a broken windshield!!! Don't come here you will get ripped off and will need an attorney... zero stars!!! read more

Tinting sucked. Kid with the glasses don't know what he's doing. Bubbles on tint but that's what I get for not wanting to go elsewhere and wait Longer. They don't work with insurances. They also tried to charge 15% surcharge for using a card to pay. Guy has no clue how to explain that. I get you're getting charged to use Square as a source for payment but that's what they charge you to use it. I came in Tuesday to get my windshield replaced on my Gladiator, the guy that drives the Corvette seemed like he knew what he was doing but then got busy with another client. The guy with a hat and glasses did not know what he was doing at all, even to take off the windshield he made a dent on the top of my car near the windshield! And ironically the side that he put down is where the air leak is at. I came back the next day and they told me to come back today so I came back today 8am sharp and he tried his best at plugging it up and I just left now and I still hear the air leak sounds super loud especially on the freeway, not to mention it looks all ghetto inside with all that black gunk and I can see it, just looks awful. I went here to get a front windshield installed and they didn't put enough glue for the weather stripping and the strip came off. So I go back so they can fix it and the guy says he can't do it because he has too many cars to do, I tell him it looks like it's gonna rain, if I don't get it fixed waters gonna get in my car. He doesn't care and keeps on working, so the guys boss shows up and I tell him the situation and he says I gotta wait 3 hrs for a 5 minute job that they didn't do right the first time. He says I have to finish this other guys car and he's a black guy. I'm like ok what does his skin color have to do with anything. Straight racist. So I asked so thats how you guys get down? His expression on his face like he could care less. I told the guy this was very unprofessional and that I was gonna report him to the department of consumer affairs of the California bureau of automotive repair. He tells me don't come back. These guys quoted me a price of $320 to do a mobile service windshield repair and tint removal. I called around and compared the price to several other shops and no one could beat it. I told them to come down. They said they would be around in an hour. 3 hours passed an no one arrived. I called them back and they said they would call me back, 30 minutes passed no call. I called again and they said they had screwed up and quoted me for a 5-series (my car is a 3-series). They said the 5-series was cheaper (BS). They said they would call me back with a price. Another hour passed no call. When I called back, they passed me around to several different people, yelling and screaming to get the next guy to come talk to me (SUPER unprofessional). Once someone finally talked to me, I asked him how the mistake happend considering we went over my vehicle specifications FOUR TIMES in the initial calls. He had no answer. He was now quoting me $400, significantly more than all the other people I had turned down because of my $320 offer. All the other shops are now closed, and I can't get my windshield replaced in time to get my fix-it ticket signed off tomorrow before I go out of town. Just terrible, avoid at all costs. read more

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** These guys are are absolute liars and thieves. I took my Nissan Murano to them because the driver's windows was not rolling up or down. The first question they asked after I explained the problem: "Did you already get a quote elsewhere?" This probably should have been my first sign that I was dealing with unethical business people. Regardless, I said I hadn't, and they quoted me at $120 to fix the issue. The Murano also has a function that allows the windows to roll itself down automatically if the button is pressed all the way down and released. They guaranteed the function would work. I called around and was quoted at $75 for the same service(minus the extra automatic function), at another shop. So I let them know that I was taking it elsewhere, they offered to bring the price down to $100 for the same job, or $80 for a cheaper job without the auto function. I decided to get it done for $100, just so I could keep the options the vehicle came with from the factory. They rebuilt the motor and the window rolled up and down, but the automatic function didn't work. They asked me to come back and they would fix that part of it. When I asked why they couldn't fix it then, they said that they had to use some glue to hold something together, so it needed to dry for a couple of days. Fine. I pay them and get my receipt to make sure it would get done. I come back a couple of days later, and they turn me away saying they were too busy. I go back again when they are empty, and the tech(for lack of a better word) walked away from me and into the back of the shop as soon as he saw me walk in. The manager comes out and greets me, I explain the situation, and he responded with, "you got a good price, I don't see the problem." Clearly, they were unable to fix it. So I said that it would be fine if they couldn't fix it, I'd just like a refund of the $20 difference between the jobs they offered, and the job they provided. They insisted that there should be no refund because the window rolls up and down, and I got a good deal anyway. I stated my case explaining the facts, and his employee agreed every step of the way with my explanation, but they refused to refund the difference. $20 is not a big deal, but clearly they try to squeeze every penny that they can out of every job they do. This was even more obvious to me when one of his responses during our conversation was "We didn't have any work, so that's why he said he could do that." I get it, business is slow, you have to find business by going the extra mile... BUT DONT LIE ABOUT IT! Another fun fact: when I asked for the owner of the business, the manager looked at me with a serious look on his face and said: "You're looking at him." I laughed it off and said: "I know you're the MANAGER, I said OWNER!" He stated she never comes around. That sounds a little odd to me, but hey, why should that surprise me any more than any of their other lies, right? read more

I didn't want to give them 1 star. The guy replaced my front winshield. He placed blue tape along the complete side and top of the window when he was finished. He told me to wait 3 days before I remove the tape. Later that evening as im driving I can not only hear air leaking but I can feel it. I pulled the blue tape back and to my horror I immediately noticed the window was not set even and also the window trim at the top had 3 huge humps and not flush level. Also he had broken 3 huge pieces out of the window trim at the top. You can see the bare metal as it makes contact with the window. I have to turn the heater on because its leaking so much air that it feels like a window is down. I now see why he put that blue tape along the complete edges of the window. To hide his terrible work. I went back to the shop and confronted the guy on his poor workmanship and he stated I needed to go out and purchase the pieces he broke and he would do it over. He also stated that the condition the window was in was his first time seeing it.
