I was referred to Cortes by my mechanic at Silverlake Automotive. Today when I put my window down, I heard a horrific metal scraping. Within an hour, my window no longer stayed closed; the regulator broke.. This shit happened fast! I called for availability and an estimate. I was told if I could make it by 5p, they could do it today for $130-140. I had to do this one other time years ago but the car was under warranty so I didn't know how much it would be. Admittedly I didn't call other places (where they are located seems to be auto glass alley). I just felt the price was more than reasonable and my mechanic trusts them, and I trust him. I was able to make it before closing and they were able to do it on the spot for $140. The gents were nice and quick (considering). They take Zelle which is super helpful. There's also a 90 day warranty. I hope to never need their services again but if I do, now I have a glass place! read more

At first I thought they did a good job, but it's now January 2026, and I have been having issues with my car taking on water for a year. No one could figure out where the leak was coming from. That's because it wasn't mechanic...it was a faulty seal from the glass I got installed here. Do not come here unless you want to pay a lot of money for flooding, mold, and another new windshield...I can't tell you how frustrating this has been for the past year and to know it came from this really sucks. read more

I broke my rear windshield backing up into a spot with an over head hang! I called them and they said they couldn't do it until SUNDAY (next day) but then called me back and said "yes come now we found a glass for you but it's tinted, is that okay?" It was perfect! They speak English and Spanish. They are all very helpful and very nice! I paid $280 for a rear Honda HRV glass that's is tinted already!
