In December 2021 a few weeks before Christmas, my new 2021 Cadillac Escalade passenger window was broken and I needed to get it replaced as soon as possible before the predicted heavy rain storm came the following week. **UPDATE: it's only been a MONTH and my rear view mirror has come off from my windshield AGAIN! I was putting my sun visor up and the mirror fell off! Such a hassle for this to be happening again! I checked the hours and they are closed on Sunday's so now I'm going to have to wait until monday to call them to get this fixed again!** **i called them Monday but they couldn't make it in the time frame I needed before class, so they said they would come to my home first thing in the morning. I ended up getting a voicemail saying that they stopped by but they missed me, so I called back. I didn't understand why they would call after getting to my house, not before. And then they left. So I called back and told them I'd be outside, ....they said 5 minutes and they'd be back it's currently been 30.** The windshield of my 2014 fiat 500 was cracked and shattered by a golf ball. After getting crazy quotes like $507 to fix it I decided to check yelp-land for evidence of better quotes. (My car is tiny it could not cost half a grand to fix, ridiculous). After reading the reviews from this place I decided to make a call for a quote, where Mathew answered the phone and was very very helpful. I was quoted $265 (included labor and installation) and he even came to me free of charge (I live in Downey). He ordered the part for me from the warehouse and then came the next day to install it. He was very nice and my windshield looks great. I saw a review about water leaks from the windshield but I got my car washed a few days later and I saw absolutely no evidence of any leaks on the inside or faulty installation. One thing that happened though was my rear view mirror was not screwed/glued tightly enough after installation, so it fell off in my hand while I was trying to adjust it. I called Mathew back to explain what happened and he returned to my house and popped the mirror back on. He ended up giving me a discount so I actually only payed $240 for my windshield. Very happy with this place and their service. It turned a stressful incident into nothing to worry about and quickly too. The owner and mechanics are friendly and really honest. While I was there I asked them to check my back window that didn't roll down.
