They right away put it up on the lift and verified that it was safe to drive. However, the control arm, tie rods and bushings (leaking grease) were shot. Showed me the pictures and it was a mess. This level of repair was not cheap...but it was reasonable. No more complaints from my wife...at least about the car.

They stand behind their work and even told me to come back if anything needed to be re-torqued after the suspension settled. The results came out great. The stance looks much better with the factory rake reduced, and the ride quality still feels smooth and OEM-like. No noises, vibrations, or issues afterward. The vehicle drives straight and handles great. Professional service, quality work, and solid communication throughout the process. Not only do people attempt to take advantage of me because I'm a woman but also because I drive a Mercedes. I needed brakes and there was no way I was going to the dealership to have the replaced . So, I searched on Yelp and of course I came across a plethora of businesses but Bolles was the only one that had all five stars, I gave them a call and spoke with the owner's son (sorry i forgot his name) he was very polite, and knowledgeable. The next day o took my car to them to be serviced. I dropped it off and they called me a couple of hours later with an estimate. Yes the estimate was pricey but again he was using Merced's parts and we all know that those aren't cheap. But what I appreciated most was their honesty . He told me that the rotors on the back were shit and definitely had to be replaced but the front were fine and if the price was too much I could actually wait awhile (not forever, but a payday or two) before replacing the brakes . I thought this was the most honest expertise I had ever had with an unknown mechanic. If you want the job done right, with friendly, professional people I would recommend this business to you and anybody who needed a wheel alignment and or brakes . Hopefully I won't have to go back anytime soon but I'll definitely be recommending the to everyone I know .

Beware of this company. I was quoted $100 after negotiation for a mirror replacement and was…read morespecifically told it would be the original mirror with dimming. When the technician arrived, the mirror looked different from the original but I questioned both the technician and the business assured me it was the original part. Later, I found out it was actually a cheap aftermarket mirror. To make matters worse, after the installation the technician told me the repair would only be temporary because part of the mirror wasn't being held properly. This was never mentioned before the work was done, and I had not noticed any issue like that beforehand. If a repair is only temporary or requires a different part than promised, that should be clearly explained before charging the customer. I contacted the business afterward to explain the situation. I even told them I was willing to send pictures if they needed them. They told me they would speak with the technician and get back to me. Later they said they had received pictures from the technician, but after that they stopped responding entirely. I wasn't even able to send any more messages, so it honestly feels like they may have blocked me. It's a very unfortunate situation because both the business (screenshots attached) and the technician assured me the mirror was original, yet it clearly wasn't. I will say the free mobile service initially sounded convenient, but in the end it just felt like a way to do a quick job and leave without addressing the real issues.
