Great prices, quick install. I had water issue and wasn't sure if it was due to the previous windshield install or a small hole in my roof. I asked the installer about water getting in. He checked the old windshield when removing and said the issue wasn't due to the windshield. He filled the hole in my roof with a little bit of the bonding glue they use and now I have no more water entering into the truck!! Great service with that extra help!! read more

From beginning to end, my experience was a very generous 5 stars. I had a cracked windshield on the right side, long crack that was beyond repair. No appointment was necessary but I agreed I would be there the following day. The staff got to work on my Scion right away and in about an hour, my window was fixed!! My car was broken into last night so I decided to hit up shops on Alameda to have it repaired. I talked to several shops and their prices were more $165+. Osuna Auto Glass was the lowest price and they did the best job ever. I went to Osuna's shop today, a few minutes after they opened, and they quickly assisted me and were very professional. The worker began to work on the window and even vacuumed the broken glass that was left. There's a sitting area with magazines where you can sit and wait and see them work on your car. After 20/30 minutes, the worker was done. I thought that was super super quick! He even asked if we needed the window tinted since all my other windows are tinted but I said hopefully another time. I picked up a business card because I do plan on returning here for future trips. Will be telling friends/family about this shop. Thank you! read more

Very Good all the way around! Eddie was amazing with details and explaining everything to me. Installation and removal was all done in 45 minutes. The business is located on a street with multiple businesses providing services such as tires, window repair and tint. The guys that removed my window spoke very little English, but were very helpful and had manners. They said hi and let me know when it was complete. The price I received was $160 cheaper than everywhere I called. I am truly happy with my experience and no longer scared to drive on the road. Upon arrival, I saw he had a window tint shop on premise which I thought was convenient as at some time I also needed new tint. The tiny shop is separate from the glass shop, so I got an estimate for that. I ended up getting both glass replacement and tint done at one time! Both shops do First class work. I came here twice to fix the driver side window because I wouldn't go down anymore so they told me I had to replace the mechanism inside the door and it would cost me 140 this was the 2nd time they charge me because the 1st time they charge me 50 bucks to repair it but it didn't work so I had to come back again so after they "order" the part and "replaced" it they said it was fix but 2 days later my window wouldn't go down anymore so now im short with 200 dollars and they didn't fix my window I had my front window replaced and they did a good job but the manager and workers were not professional about the situation and now their saying I had to replace the "gasket" for window and that I have to order it so thats a bummer paying for a service you do not receive. read more
