I thought I would just let it go but he combined the two checks, handed them to me and then started LECTURING me about what to do next time I ordered a drink. I kept telling him, "Trust me. I will NOT be ordering another drink". But he wouldn't stop and kept saying, "But if you do." A friend walked up in the middle of this and is like, "What is wrong with this guy?!!!" Obviously he has some anger issues and may want to consider a different line of work. My wings were very meaty and loaded with sauce. (No need to ask for extra) The wedge salad was huge and delicious as well. I got their homemade Bleu cheese with it and definitely don't regret that. Note the wings came with Bleu cheese and celery also. My wife loved her salad and couldn't stop raving over the Shepherds pie. I did get a taste and must agree with her on how good it was. I took half of my salad and a full Bleu cheese home with me for tomorrow and my wife also brought home half of her meal. We ended up ordering the brown butter cake to split for desert which I will say was outstanding. We will surely go back and only wish that we had tried it sooner. I had a bowl of chili and the Clubhouse Sandwich. The Chili was like Syline Chili without the spaghetti. No chunks of ground beef, just particles of beef swimming homogeneous in the soup. No character at all and very bland. The sandwich was sparsely populated with what tasted like leftover turkey, ham, bacon and cheese - very bland and with an "off" taste. I managed to finish the Chili, but picked over the sandwich. The beer and service was good - I can't blame the help for the lousy food. Not sure I'll eat here again, but may stop by for a beer because I live real close by.

When I asked to pay my tab, she told me she would do that to anyone who was monopolizing the juke box. Mind you, when I played songs, the room was silent, that's why I played music. So apparently, if you go to this bar, please take pen and paper and be sure to take a poll of who wants what and then throw that in the trash and only play what the blond bartender feels like at the moment. My group made up half of the pool tournament that night, and we won't be back. So much business lost over nonsense. Edit: I want to add that the music I was playing was not vulgar or offensive.
