The fact that the customer service and management are scumbags. Purchased a 2024 ram 2500 in May of this year. I got extended warranty, bumper to bumper, the works. After about 3500 miles the transmission went out. I have to use a truck for work. I have been unable to find a replacement for my truck and the people here at Kings will not give a straight answer. It's always needing to get confirmation from somebody else that is unavailable. All I did was purchase a brand new truck and now I am the one paying the price for a warranty issue and stuck doing all the work to push it along. I have been dealing with them for over 6 months leaving message after message after message. Finally, I got the GM Bill to talk to about the service contract, maintenance plan, tire and wheel shield that I purchased with my vehicle because I went to use the tire and wheel for a flat that I got only to find out the dealership never activated any of the contracts with the appropriate companies and I ended up having to pay out of pocket as well as I paid for these contract services. Bill stated Brandon the Sales Manager would contact me and its been 2 months and still no phone call to get these activated that the dealership was supposed to have done when I purchased my truck. Steer clear of this dealership!!! If I do not hear from the GM today and all of these are cancelled and reimbursed back to me little over $4,000 since I never used them because they were never activated to use. I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and received the worst customer service I have ever received. My sales person knew nothing about any of the vehicles and not very familiar on the computer to even search their lot for Jeep's. I finally did decide on a vehicle and from them on it was a complete disaster. I should have walked out at that point. My fault for not doing that. Once they delivered the Jeep to me, no one showed me anything about the vehicle as to how to set everything up or about anything on the Jeep. I had some issues and called them 4 times and left messages with 2 managers and 2 messages with the general manager. 4 days later, I still have not received a phone call back from anyone. Instead of a typical review, I'll just Shar an abbreviated copy of an email I sent the manager of the dealership. I still haven't received a reply, and my Jeep still has a mildew smell, 2 weeks later. Good morning, My experience with Kings Chrysler started because you are the closest dealership to me. I moved here from Las Vegas in November, and since then, as you know, there have been quite a few different rain storms. Apparently, my 2016 Jeep Cherokee 75th anniversary addition was only used to the desert because when the rain started I ended up with a significant water problem on the floorboard of the rear seat on the driver side. I brought it into the dealership for diagnosis after Chrysler Customer Care suggested I do so. The analysis took a couple of days, during which the staff was professional and friendly enough, however I did not get an estimate on time, nor a rough quote of what I may be paying for the service, but that it was being worked out that I would pay a deductible. Even when the part was eventually it discovered and ordered I was still told a deductible, but not the exact amount of that deductible. It was on the third day that I had to ask about the possibility of a loaner vehicle, to which I was told that I would be able to pick one up the following day (which was a Friday.) I picked up a Cherokee Trailhawk and had that for the entirety of the weekend and then into Monday as well. I was told that they wanted to hang on to my Cherokee so that the carpet could dry completely and I would not have a mildew smell in the vehicle. Unfortunately, when picking up a vehicle on Monday, there was in fact a significant mildew smell in the car. Since it was already 5:30pm, I left with it, thinking that the smell may dissipate. Unfortunately, now halfway into the next week there is still a mildew smell, though not as strong. However this disturbs me, as I was told originally that they were keeping the Jeep an extra amount of time to make sure that the car would not have any sort of smell. I placed a call to the service technician and left a voice mail about that, but I have not received a reply. So getting back to Monday when I was called to pick up my vehicle; I asked that perhaps someone could give me an estimate on the trade-in value of my 2016 Cherokee. Keep in mind I have my vehicle paid off and I'm not necessarily looking to get into a payment, however, driving the loaner Trailhawk made me interested in that model again. *I originally thought about the Trailhawk when I purchased mine, but there were amazing rebates on the model that I am in so I ended up with that. The gas mileage does not hurt either. That said, a sales rep, Andrie, called me a bit later Monday, and he told me that the estimator gave my Jeep a value of around $13k. I was automatically disinterested in purchasing a vehicle through your dealership. Not only is $13k a low-ball figure, but it is a low-ball figure for a vehicle in fair condition. And insulting, in my opinion, since I value my jeep to be at least in good condition (before the mildew smell), especially since it and loaded with nearly every feature, including a trailer hitch as an added feature. I politely told the first sales person I spoke with thanks, but no thanks, because that number was a LOT lower that what I should have received. The rep was professional and said that he understood. Tuesday I got a message from the sales manager, Jordan, about a Trailhawk I looked at online. I again said no thank you, that the vehicle didn't meet my needs and that I got an estimate that was quite a bit lower and, in no uncertain terms, I was blunt in saying that your estimator could go fuck himself for the lowball estimate. Jordan apologized and said that he is certain that the estimator did not mean to offend me with his offer and asked what I was looking to get. I told him certainly more than the original offer and that it is irrelevant because the jeep on the lot doesn't have what I'm looking for in order for me to take on a payment vs keeping the jeep I owe nothing on. His next message is what further irritated me, because he did not seem to read my reply. He asked what my current payment was and where I would like to be payment wise on the vehicle there. I referenced to the previous message in which I told him that I had no payment and the vehicle was paid off. I also mentioned I have seen Trailhawks in different dealerships priced at $22k and $23k, and that I am not willing to pay an extra $12k... His reply was that he wanted to look around the inventory to see what he could find for me. My reply was that he was welcome to do so, but it will have to be a smoking deal in order for me to take on a payment. The next day he came back with the same one the other rep asked me about... *** So, yeah. Mediocre service, no replies from anyone, unless they're trying to sell you something. I found a 2015 Town & Country King's advertised $6000 and 190,000 miles online. I called and talked to someone regarding the ad. I confirmed the van was available, an appointment was set. I drove the hour there, was introduced to Essa who went to get van, came back and said the van is in service, so I can't see the van. I asked why, he could not tell me. I asked when he said maybe Saturday and probably Monday. I put a deposit on the van of $500 so they would hold it for me to come back and look at. I set up an appointment at a mechanic near the dealership for Monday at 4pm and my boyfriend and I planned our Monday around going to see the van, get it inspected, and possibly purchase it that day. I called Essa on Monday said I'd be in around 3. He called back at 1 said van is still in service, I can't see it. I asked why and for options. I talked to the manager Jordan, who said I could come see the van but I couldn't test drive it. I wanted to know the problem. He said the catalytic converter was being replaced and they do not like to sell any used cars with problems. I was pleased to hear they found a problem and was fixing it. I got a call at 2:15 saying that I can't see the van at all now because the mechanic that was working on it locked the keys in the toolbox and left for the day. Jordan said he wasn't sure when it would be done but he would have someone drive the van to me to look at it when it was ready.Thursday I got a call that the van was done, and Essa was going to bring it to me to look at. I said ok but due to schedules I only had about 20 min once he got there to look over the van and I had to forgo the inspection I had planned to do because there was no time. When Essa arrived, I test drove the van, it seemed to drive ok. I have a home business, and had my employee look under the hood and under the car to see if he saw anything of concern, he saw two things one was a bolt that wasn't screwed in all the way and another was sealant over an exhaust pipe that didn't look like it should be there. I figured it was due to the catalytic converter. I asked Essa many questions as i was checking all the locks/doors/etc on the vehicle one thing I asked was does it have 2 keys and another thing was does it have the owners manual. He said yes to both questions. I was satisfied enough for the money to go ahead and purchase the van so I drove Essa back to the dealership in the van to complete the purchase. Stopping to get a cashier's check on the way (as they don't take personal checks over $2500). Once we got to the dealership, the finance manager was getting the paperwork ready. As I was about to sign the papers, Essa says he can't find the other key. He said he knows that there was 2 keys because he took the trade-in himself and knows there was 2 and that he would continue to look for them and send me when he found. I knew there was a chance he wouldn't find them but he was confident it was there. I completed the transaction. Next day drove 150 miles round trip no issues, then Saturday I drove 20 miles when the transmission wouldn't engage and check engine light was on, it wouldn't go into reverse. I took it to a jiffy lube and they serviced the transmission. The transmission still seems to hesitate to go into gear but all the gears began to work again. The next day the engine light came on again. Took it to auto zone to get engine code read and found that the thermostat went bad. Spent 2 hours replacing it ourselves. My fingers are crossed I don't have another problem of some kind or the transmission gets worse. I called Essa -when I went to get the owners manual from glove compartment wasn't there also never got back to me on 2nd key. His responses were denying he said it came with the owners manual, and saying that he didn't guarantee the key would be found. He reluctantly said they would do a key but not the manual. I decided I am not going to go back there even for the key since refused manual. I just wanted to let anyone thinking of buying a used car here.. not to do it. Bad experience! read more

After a bad experience at another dealership, this place was a breath of fresh air. They called minutes after I inquired about a vehicle online, and immediately offered a pretty fair price. We set up a time to come in and were met immediately by Leonard. This guy is a pro, and I mean that in the best sense. No pressure. No prying. Total transparency in the paperwork. He just focused on the cars and gave us room to make our decision. My only complaint: I know it takes a while to run credit checks and do the paperwork, but we did end up sitting and waiting quite a bit, even after the car was cleaned up and ready to drive home. read more

Horrible customer service and salesmanship. Second time I've tried to come here. First was a few years ago. Wanted to give it a second chance. It was worse. Didn't even meet with our scheduled salesman. We were sown the one car that we came in to see, which was making a rubbing noise (2017 with 30,000 miles). After we declined that, the salesman responded without offering anything else. I directly asked if there was anything else, to which he pointed outside and said, "They'd be over there." We have had the worst experience with this dealership. We purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel on June 29th. It had an emissions recall so it had to go in on July 5th. We picked it up on the 8th and it had to go back on July 9th because the check engine light came on. They kept it for a week and when we got it back the day after the check engine light was back on. So it went back on the following Monday. It has now been 2 weeks since we dropped it off and we have not had any update besides they are diagnosing it. Every other time we have called they have not answered and not returned messages. I called to speak with the service manager and after explaining to reception that I didn't want to be put to voicemail I was informed that she did not handle problems and she hung up on me. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Please don't waste your time and go anywhere else but here! read more

I bought a certified pre owned Chrysler 200 in October of 2015 and have nothing but problems since. My car has died multiple times while I was driving. I took it to the service department each time it died and all they would say was 'your oil is a little low but it's within Chrysler's standards'. They would 'top' the oil off and tell me to bring in back in 1,000 miles so they could check it. When I would take it back after 1,000 they would top it off again. My oil wasn't leaking, they just wouldn't take the time to look at it. Two saturadays ago my car died while driving again. I checked the oil and there was no oil in it. After putting oil in I went to the service department and spoke to the manager. He was very understanding and made me an appointment for 7/9. I got a call today (7/10) saying I need a new engine. The car is only three years old. It's frustrating but if that's what it needs then that's what it needs. My problem is the engine is back logged and it could take up to a month to get. I asked if I could keep the rental car until they got the engine and installed it and was told no, I needed to come pick my car up. I explained to them that I'm going out of town next week and have to drive. I was told to just keep checking the oil and putting oil in as needed. I took my car there at least 8 months ago for this problem and they did nothing about it but now I need a new engine? And have to wait possibly up to a month for the new engine. Also, I'm on my third battery in 2.5 years. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
