We asked to speak to the salesman manager, and he came out with an attitude that he couldn't be bothered and didn't care that we will be purchasing or leasing within the next few months. If this is how potential buyers are treated, I have little faith that customers would be treated any better. No wonder they still have four "New" 2025s on their lot.

The finance manager was so focused on selling a 3rd party extended warranty (not even the more economical and convenient Hondacare) that he told a total untruth regarding the ability to perform basic maintenance on your own car. In fact he doubled down and said that you needed to be ASE certified. I was LITERALLY ready to walk at that point but my wife got me to calm down and complete the deal. I stewed on this for a week but could not let it go so I called and spoke to the sales manager. My conversation with him was very cordial and polite, but it truly felt like a conversation he had done plenty of times in the past and i eventually said my goodbyes but totally felt dismissed. So here we are, 2 months later, and I'm still pleased with the car. I ended up buying a genuine Hondacare extended warranty from another dealer for about a 1/3 of the price of aftermarket one that was being pushed in my face, as I've got no intention of spending another dime of my money here.

Then we took some time to research the vehicles finer points on our own and dealerships and dealership pricing across the area. It's always needing to get confirmation from somebody else that is unavailable. All I did was purchase a brand new truck and now I am the one paying the price for a warranty issue and stuck doing all the work to push it along. I am extremely frustrated at the fact that the entire staff at this location is unhelpful. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from here, especially from Leonard Harris.

I found my dream car and it's located 2,400 hundred miles from where I live. The car is 18 years…read moreold. This could be a very risky purchase - there is no warranty for a 18 year old car! After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!
