I recently received my discharge of debt in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, and not that long after, I received a few solicitations, one of them from Fresh Start Head Start, which appears to be affiliated with this Automotive Group. I was preapproved for an Auto Loan up $34k, and with great reluctance, I officially applied with this program. I decided to proceed and see what happens. First, I received a text message from some women at McCluskey. Then, I got an email from Joseph Duncan, which was messy and lacked proper paragraph separation, making it appear unprofessionally written. Within that email, I was given the contact information to assume the role of Bankruptcy Auto loan Specialist, Glen Schuchart. Then, I received a text message from Glen himself on Thursday, July 10th, 2025. We were supposed to speak around 3 PM; however, due to homework for my Sociology class, I needed to reschedule the call with him for Friday morning, July 11, 2025, and he acknowledged and said he would call me then. Friday came, no phone call, when I followed up via text message, no reply. If you have an emergency or if you are not going to be in the next day and you have customers you agreed mutually with that you were going to call it is then your job to have a colleague or your supervisor follow up and give a brief explanation on what happened and what to expect moving forward. That is called being professional and showing respect. As a busy native New Yorker from NYC who attends college and works, I have zero tolerance for businesses and people representing those businesses wasting my time, which I do not appreciate at all, regardless of whether it's intentional or not. I am especially cautious now about who I do business with, as filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and navigating the process is extremely tedious and stressful. I am not going to make bad financial decisions like I did in the past. Working with Glen and McCluskey would be a bad financial decision based on how things have gone thus far. Part of the email subject line Joseph Duncan wrote was "QUICK & EASY AUTO LOAN." That is false; nothing about this has been quick or easy; it has been messy and unprofessional. Where to begin. Take your vehicle for service anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. It's been two weeks since we turned our vehicle in with an appointment to have it looked at. We asked for a quote for new 2 new tires. We also asked for a quote to replace a seat motor and help us assess why our sunroof won't open. J (name protected for privacy) keeps calling. Sometimes at ridiculous hours of the day (10:30 pm, anyone?). She's called me the wrong name twice. She never gives the impression that she's actually prepared for the call, like it was a surprise that I'm somehow on the other end of the line waiting for answers. I think everything she's communicating is through notes left by the service tech, but it's like she's reviewing them for the first time when she calls, and with no clarification or follow-up to make sure she understands the notes from the technician. Every 3 days, we get a call with some incoherent piece of the story, and still lacking actual details like price and timeline. We're promised quotes for the next day. And the day after that. And the day after that. We finally got a quote for 4 tires. Not 2. Then we got a quote to replace the dome light switch to get our sunroof opened. $750 later for the switch, the service technician is now saying that wasn't the issue, and we'll need to spring another $250 on the sunroof motor. I get that no one is having fun when they're vehicle needs to be repaired. But there are things that can be done to make that experience better. Good communication is a great place to start. Making the customer feel like you aren't in a hurry to get them off the phone or that calling them was some afterthought or inconvenience crammed into a 30-second gap in your schedule. These issues are likely the result of poor management and leadership and a lack of proper training and support for the service team, but next time I threaten to take my vehicle to McCluskey for service, I hope someone smacks the crap out of me. It would hurt less and take less of my time. Judging by the number of 1-star reviews, I doubt anything changes. Do yourself a favor and just don't. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO McCLUSKY CHEVROLET FOR SERVICE unless you have 4 weeks to have a single valve cover changed and 4 spark plugs installed. I should have listened to the online reviews I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at McCluskey Chevrolet. My vehicle was at your dealership for an extended period (3 Weeks) for a relatively straightforward repair, and the entire experience was marked by a lack of communication, accountability, and customer care. I dropped off my vehicle on May 29th for a valve cover replacement and spark plug installation. The estimated cost for this repair was $2200. Despite the vehicle being at your facility, no work was initiated until I began to proactively follow up on June 6th. It took until Sunday, June 8th, to receive a response, informing me that the vehicle needed to be serviced by a "hybrid mechanic" during the day shift and that I would hear something "this week." I was told that a hybrid is a "specialty vehicle," implying longer service times. I found it frustrating that this critical information was not communicated to me at the time of drop-off on May 29th. A few days later, my Customer Service Representative (CSR) informed me that they would be replacing a valve cover gasket, not the entire cover. I requested a written quote, which I received a couple of days later. However, my CSR repeatedly pressured me for approval before I had even received the written quote and subsequently blamed me for the delay in repairs. This was completely unacceptable. My attempts to escalate my concerns were met with further frustration. I called the main dealership number, leaving two messages for the service manager with no return call. When I requested to speak with the general manager, I was informed they were not on-site and was transferred to a voicemail, receiving a return call seven days later. In fairness she was concerned and was very nice, but way too late to make an impact. The voicemail itself directed service complaints to another person, yet the operator would not allow me to speak to another CSR when mine was unavailable, stating I would need to physically come to the dealership. When I finally spoke with the service manager, he demonstrated a complete lack of concern regarding the delay, even after I communicated that my vehicle had been at the dealership for three weeks and was essential for my wife's upcoming business trip. His only comment was that "specialty vehicles and big jobs take a long time to complete." I fail to see how a valve cover replacement on a gasoline engine constitutes a "specialty repair," as it had nothing to do with the hybrid components of the car. The initial reason given for the delay was the absence of a hybrid technician working in the evening. Ironically, the work was completed on the night shift the day after my wife was forced to find alternative transportation for her business trip after we were told the car would be ready. It is clear that no one at McCluskey Chevrolet demonstrated any genuine care or willingness to assist us, despite the fact that we purchased the vehicle from your dealership. Furthermore, I advise against using your text message service, as it appears to provide an easy means for staff to avoid direct communication. I received a letter from a finance company stating McCluskey Chevrolet submitted a credit application for a 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I in fact never never inquired about said vehicle. I tried calling them to ask what this was all about only receive a voicemail box that is full. After reading reviews it seems as if this dealership isn't trustworthy and potentially fraudulent with peoples information. read more

This dealership has been an absolute nightmare from the moment I bought my car. Within six months, the vehicle began shutting off randomly while driving -- a major safety issue -- and their response has been nothing short of negligent. They've already replaced two fuel pump modules, and the car STILL has the same dangerous problem. I've lost around two months of access to my own vehicle because of their repeated failures, and during that entire time they provided no compensation, no loaner, no urgency, and no real communication. Somehow, I'm the one paying for parts and service that have achieved nothing. What makes this worse is their complete lack of direction. Their newest "solution" is to replace the fuel pump -- not because they're confident it's the issue, but because they have no idea what else to try. That's not professional service. Called in last Saturday, let these folk run credit checks to submit me for financing, and have been ghosted ever since. I have called Every Day since Saturday afternoon at 1 pm and have been ghosted. It is Wednesday. Today I managed to get someone at the dealership on the phone, and they said they'd either call me "right back" themselves or have a manager follow up right away. That was almost two hours ago. ... I called back. No response. The call center employees have said I "might" be able to get a straight answer from someone if I go in person, but I'm not inclined to take time out of my work day to see a team of people who have been ignoring my calls for four days. At this point I'm planning to dispute these inquiries on my credit report as they ran my credit with no intent to follow up. Lastly, absolutely *everyone* I spoke with spoke to me as though they couldn't have cared less. Not so much as an "I'm sorry about the long wait," or "I apologize they have taken so long to get back to you, let me see what's going on." The employees have either just not responded and hit the hold music after I explained my issue, or said "Ok well you might be able to catch them if you go in." I work in customer service, and I'm embarrassed for whoever trained this team. This is THE WORST experience I have ever had trying to buy anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! 4-5 years this problem has yet to be resolved. In 2021 I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD. Part of my purchase included a spray in bed liner. I was told at the purchase that I would be contacted about scheduling the spray in liner. I waited several weeks before I attempted to contact this dealership after not hearing anything. I was told to leave a message, and someone would be back in contact with me. That never happened! I then received a e-mail about getting my car serviced there. I replied that I would not schedule any service until the spray in liner was resolved. I was told that the message has been passed along to the service manager and I should receive a reply promptly. Never happened. Time passed, and now in 2026 the original sales rep. Tony Belafonte, contacts me to see if I want to purchase a new vehicle. I told him that the spray in liner that was supposed to come with the original purchase never happened. Weeks of texting Tony, sending pictures of the truck bed, and more texting went on. Last text I received on Jan 22, 2026 was "Yeah, they are trying to find the deal. It was so long ago... next time I'm in I'll give it [picture of truck bed with no liner] to the manager... Hang in there. I'll know something the first part of next week." Its now Feb, 20,2026. Almost, a month later and I have no response. This is horrible communication, customer service, and customer relations!!! Drove back on Saturday and check connected us with Chris and everything with loan was resolved today (next regular business day). Provided me with an option as we wait on title for plates since our temp plates were expiring at the end of the week. Asking for a manager and connecting with Chris turned things around. BEWARE OF SERVICE! I have no experience with the sales staff, but the service staff is a complete mess. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing and it will take them multiple times to find the root cause of the problem, charging you all along the way. They sent me home with a $2000 repair bill and because of the sketchy photos they showed me I got a second opinion only to find out they completely lied about where the leak was coming from and all I needed was a singular bolt. Got it fixed for under 200 bucks! If you need any service for your vehicle, I would highly suggest K&M Automotive! Keith is super honest and super reliable! If you care about your car and your wallet DO NOT go here! Update 8/14/25 - called the number they provided in their response and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about or what manager even wanted to speak with me. He even stated "there are hundreds of Google reviews, how would we even know what yours is about" and he wanted me to relay the entire review to him even though they supposedly wanted to speak to me about it and already know what's happening lol of course the manager (Gary - service manager), he transferred me to did not answer his phone, so I will provide an update as to whether he even calls back. The service department needs to train the workers in that area. I called to schedule service for my car, but I can't get an appointment for weeks, even though the engine light has come on in my 2026 car, which I just purchased! When I spoke with the representative about the issues with my new car from McCluskey, her response was unhelpful and frustrating, so I ended up calling GM instead, who ended up getting us into another dealership quickly. We have experienced problems with the same service advisor during each of our visits. This same advisor also has an attitude during in-person visits for oil changes. Because of these ongoing issues, we are taking all of our services away from McCluskey. We currently have two cars from them, and our next purchase will be from a different dealership. If this service advisor dislikes her job so much, she might consider looking for other employment. Many of us are fed up with the service department! read more

This dealership is the worst around. They commit fraud in many ways. They lie to customers as well as financial institutions. They will drag you along for weeks to months just trying to get the paperwork finished so that you can register your vehicle. They also tell you to lie to the bank they get you approved with about how you pay your down payment. They often deal in "Hold Checks" but tell you when you talk to the bank to tell them you paid the whole amount upfront. We have filed paperwork with our Circuit Court, filed a complaint with the FTC, as well as contacted the Attorney General's office. Stay AWAY from McCluskey. read more

Deshawn was my salesman and he was so very great at his job. He did exactly what he gets paid to do, sell me on a dream. They are really pushing people to buy the Chevrolet Bolt EV. They reel you in by telling you about the $4000 down payment from the government for any qualifying Bolts. He, of course, sold me on all the good things about the car. Now, I have no problem admitting that I should have done research on the car before I just went with it. I was naive and desperate for a car. Once I decided to go with a Bolt he had me "test drive" a bolt to another lot that was literally full of Bolts, that had just arrived from California. I was told to pick a color, I picked the color I liked and he wrote down the information he needed. We left and went back to McCluskey, where I made the mistake of signing my name on the devils paper. That's when I found out it would take 2-3 days to get my car ready, because it STILL had to inspected! I was upset. Had I known before hand and decided that was fine, cool, but that information was withheld, so he could get a sale. Like I stated before, he is great at being a salesman. I did not get to test drive my car at all. The first time I drove it, is when I drove it off the lot. Well Deshawn was not being honest, it took a week before I got my car. Every time I called to ask if DeShawn when it was going to be ready, he would tell me what I wanted to hear not the truth. Submitted a BBB complaint and they completely were NOT honest to me or BBB. Said I chose to have a used engine put in my car when it needed a new engine (I would definitely NEVER do that). It took a lot to even get it done, even with a warranty. It wasn't fixed the first time and they want to charge even more money to do the same work over again because they didn't fix it right the first time. They will sell you a car and will not honor your warranty that you pay for. The managers talk to you like you are stupid as well and some service employees are super rude. On Saturday 10/5/24 we got a flat tire. A cop helped change our tire on the side of the road and advised we go to a shop to have them make sure the car is safe to drive and all lug-nuts are on tight. We took our car to McCluskey on 10/8/24, as we try to only take our car there for service needs. We asked that they check the tire to make sure it was tight and safe to drive and to also check the tire that had been removed to see if it was repairable. The service center took possession of our car for 3.5 hours while my husband waited in the lounge. After the 3.5 hour wait, they brought the car back out and said that we needed 4 new tires, handed my husband a quote for tires and sent us on our way. 3 weeks later on 10/30, while my husband was driving on the interstate, the entire wheel came off of our car and rolled all the way to the other side of the highway. We had not replaced the tires yet, as we wanted to get a couple other quotes first. We immediately called McCluskey, as they were the ones to check our tires on 10/8. We had the car towed to McCluskey that day. McCluskey is taking 0 accountability for the incident and telling us "they didn't touch our tires/wheels". Which is interesting since they took possession of our car for 3.5 hours on 10/8 and we asked if they could check the tires to make sure it was safe to drive. All they have done is point fingers and deny and defend anything that could have possibly happened while they had our car for 3.5 hours. The service manager was completely unprofessional and rude and would not let me finish a sentence. Then proceeded to talk over me and interrupt me. I then called to speak to the GM of McCluskey, to which when I called I was told "he doesn't take calls". I will never do business with this dealership again! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life!!! Since all of this we have reported the company to BBB and OH Attorney General. They're real happy to sell you vehicle but God help you if you need service. My car is one year old with less than 5,000 miles and it's already having issues. When you call in to schedule service they tell you to drop the car off and let you know that they will keep it for however long for repairs and SORRY NOT SORRY, you will be without any form of transportation as no loaner cars will be available. No idea how long it will take to make repairs, no transportation for who knows how long. Then they have the audacity to be "offended" when you get upset. I have never witnessed worse handling of service issues than I have at this dealership. Buying a car is just one part of the process - where you actually need to have a good experience is the lifetime of service that comes afterward. Do not buy a car from McCluskey expecting to have that smooth experience. My girlfriend has a '22 Chevy Trax that has inexplicably spent almost more time at this dealership than it has in our possession. Most recently, among myriad other issues, the transmission failed in a parking lot, preventing us from being able to shift into drive, reverse, or park. Upon having it towed to the dealer, they refused to give a loaner or accurately inform us of Chevrolet's rental policy (don't let them fool you, call Chevy corporate - they will offer you a daily stipend for a rental and inform you of the policy). This is the 5th time the car has been in for service this year, with the first 4 times being due to the service department's incompetence. Furthermore, they sent us a video from the service tech that completely ignored the actual problem, insisting we buy a $300 battery to simply be able to diagnose the issue. Operating with the lack of care, humanity, and understanding this service department shows is honestly commendable. I simply don't think I could run a business this way if I tried. Do not expect to be listened to, do not expect to be treated as an equal, and most certainly do not expect to be treated with integrity. You will be nickled and dimed every step of the way. I thought I was dealing with a good car place but I guess not .I was told when I bought my car if I found something wrong they would fix it I have called and text the dealer twice and they say I'll get back with you and they never do and another thing no wear on my car does it say it's a RS so is it really one or or not. AND IT SHOULD. THE CAR FAX LIED AND THE DEALER SHOULD OF COUGHT IT when they did there point inspection. So don't trust the car fax make sure you look at your car very carefully. Some times I wish I would of never got this car. Sincerely unsatisfied customer. And also it don't handle good in the rain when you hit small puddles of water. Initially referred to Tonya at corporate but due to her position she wouldn't be the one handling, but ensured throughout the complete process I was taken care of! After going through the numbers and basically TELLING her what I wanted, without thinking for a second that "Hey she knows what she's doing" due to my history of bad bad dealership situations, never did she get rude, or stop me in my tracks, she just listed to me! And said, "Yep! I got ya!" 1. Amazing reason why McCluskey is #1 in Ohio and now my forever go to is THE CARE, and "no rushing" I NEVER STEPPED INTO THE DEALERSHIP ONE TIME! I told Robyn what I wanted, in which she found, she called me and told me "Ok! We're going to drop it off at 4PM!" I was so confused regarding this but next thing I knew, Tim from online cars, was at my door with great conversation and a smile handing me the keys to a 2024 Equinox RS in an amazingly beautiful Revlon old school nail polish "cherries in the snow" color! 2. The patience! OMG the PATIENCE. As I said I have had bad bad situations with dealerships, even rushed to signing a 84 month finance terms on a car I didn't really want because the dealership was literally selling cars from right under me. Once my husband and I decided on the car we wanted and argued about the payment (hehe) we called Robyn and "Ok we want it should be take PTO and come up to the dealership to sign" she literally said "No! No RUSH! Enjoy your weekend we'll get all this handed on Monday, mind you my test drive was only 48 hours and with no hesitation she extended it! The process of signing, and getting my new beautiful SUV! Bill and for the life of me I cannot remember his name a younger guy with Glasses, pulled up to me a overstimulated mother of two with a baby on my hip, rushing to get the other one to football, oh year and the water meter guy! With again, another smile on their faces! Filled the car up with gas! Cleaned off the windows, and took all the ridiculous stickers off the windows and again, remained patient! My guy Tim, pulled up, with great conversation, a big smile and a congratulations to help get all of the paperwork signed he even had a PEN! Lol That is a big deal being the previous dealership couldn't find a pen, I don't know why that sticks out to me. Basically, if you want true, considerate, and NO BS when buying your next car, you'd be a true fool to not go to McCluskey! We recently went here to get a 2020 Chevy Trax. We had one of the best car salesmen, Eddie. He was flat out honest to us. But, he wasn't really honest. The car services missed a couple of things. Like, the passenger airbag not working at all. It's been at this location for about a week. We have been trying to contact them but we have gotten a response. Nothing against Eddie though, but I strongly recommend to not get a used car here. read more

This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. The absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I been going through this process since march it's now may, delivery was a nightmare once the car came the driver got an ezpass ticket on my car and doesn't seem to be resolved yet. My deal never went through after i was told everything was done just to have to resign paperwork. The so called finance manager was answering his phone when he needed something from me but as soon as he got it the calls and emails stopped being answered. They are liars and don't care once they get paid. They also delivered the car to me and the car needed maintenance and the key received does not work for my car yet they still haven't cut a check for either of those issues. I called numerous times guess what no answer from Ken and Nick my sales rep will call back tell me he'll call me back and never call back which is expected go figure. To top it all off my temp tag expired on 4/27 and I haven't been able to drive my car because guess what i still have no title paperwork and they don't care. I called and was supposedly transferred to the GM and still no call back from them. So I'm basically paying for a car I can't drive. If you don't want a headache I suggest you don't waste your time with this dealership. read more

Another review folks and this is my fourth one! Wow this company, I swear to god. So I took my camaro convertible in because it was having issues with the temp gauge and I wanted to get the convertible looked. I scheduled a day to drop off my car. When I dropped the car off, I was told they won't see the car right away, it will put it in queue to be seen (what was the point of scheduling then?!?). To add to that, I needed a rental! My car is still there, it's be close to a month. So shady. They said they couldn't figure out whats wrong with my car coz there's no code. I was told its best to take car back and wait for issue to happen again then take it it. They should have told me this before I let them take the car! I wouldn't have done the rental then. I'm so exhausted with this company. The guy who's in charge of my car and giving me updates is really nice though. The rest of the company bless you read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Gregg Hoffman is the most careless individual I have ever encountered in my entire life. We called ahead to test drive a new vehicle, and we were assured they were available to drive. We (my husband, I, and 2 toddlers) arrived, and the sales associate was unable to locate the vehicle. He stated we needed to drive "somewhere else" to find one. He walked off to a Blazer and we followed him in our truck. At this point, I was confused. Why were we driving to another location for a vehicle that was available? We followed the associate and drove around in a circle.... and went back to the original lot at Kings Automall. He got out and said someone called him to tell him the car was there. We followed him to the back in our vehicles and didn't see it. Then we followed him to the other car lot and searched for another 30 minutes for the vehicle. We were able to locate the model, but not the trim we requested. I still wanted to test drive the vehicle to have some sort of idea of the features, and he went to go get the keys. We patiently waited, and when he came back, he stated everything on that lot was sold. A total waste of time. While in that car lot, the associate pointed out a nail in the sidewall of our tire. We inspected the tires and picked out more hardware.... it was evident we picked them up while following him around in an attempt to locate the vehicle. The associate told us the car was back at the original dealership, so we drove back AGAIN. I got out of our truck and the associate looked at our tire, gave a hands up in the air response to the new embedded nail and screw and told us that mangement will just tell us "it could have come from anywhere." It immediately turned into a CYA. He mentioned after the fact that we could have put our car seats, stroller, kids, etc., in the car to ride with him... immediately, it became a BS situation. The associate said the car was at the original lot the entire time, and they had to ping its OnStar to locate it. We spent an hour following him around for nothing AND ruined our tire in the process. Unhappy with the situation, I went to speak with Gregg Hoffman, the manager, and he immediately stated that the nails/hardware could have been from anywhere. Just as the associate mentioned... We only drove to their Loveland car lot, past their service departments, and in THEIR lots. Our tires were fine prior. No issues, brand new tires! Gregg still repeated the same thing over and over with no empathy to the situation at all. I told him outside of the tire, not knowing the location of their vehicles was unprofessional. He smugly told me he couldn't keep up with 16,000 cars, and I told him that was beside the point... We called ahead and requested the specific make and model. The only one they found nearly 2 hours later was a model with no stock number. That is a reflection upon management not knowing their new inventory. That's setting his associates up for failure. He then told me not to tell him how to do his job and stated there was nothing he was going to do. He didn't even apologize for us being dragged around for 2 hours in search of a ghost vehicle. We are Chevy customers and purchased a Silverado a year ago. Due to our growing family, I wanted a vehicle that could fit our needs, so we wanted to test drive with the intention to buy. I told him all of this, and he literally blew me off. I called him out on his dismissive behavior and was met with more dismissive behavior. I am seriously at a loss for words regarding his demeanor, lack of empathy, lack of providing a solution to the situation, and lack of professionalism. It was a true disgrace to the Chevrolet brand. I seriously questioned if there was a racial prejudice in play, being a woman of color. He pretty much told me to screw off and leave as if he had better things to do with "better customers." I have never EVER been treated so poorly and will contact corporate. This place is a disorganized mess, and Gregg Hoffman is a disgrace. It was truly an abhorrent experience. Update: Our tire is a loss. Now we're out 450 bucks for just trying to test drive a vehicle. It makes no sense... why weren't we allowed to just stay at the dealership and wait for the associate to grab the vehicle? We have never been forced to follow someone on their search for a car, EVER. Flat tire in the process, and they just said, "Oh well." What a JOKE. read more

Do NOT waste your time shopping for any vehicle through McCluskey Chevrolet. They are awful at responding back to your inquiry and even with several different follow up attempts through several methods. It's insane, normally the dealership would be the one contacting you after you show interest in purchasing a vehicle but sadly McCluskey doesn't seem to be that way. I purchased from them back in August 2020 and due to living a great deal away had to do everything online and have the vehicle delivered to me, upon delivery the vehicle was driven to me when that wasn't discussed. I was under the impression it would be arriving on a flat bed but no, so after getting past that and being annoyed that unnecessary mileage was added, the vehicle then was missing a key(that was promised in my contract-even though it was a used vehockey) and I had to go through tooth and nail to get a second key sent to me-no charge as well as follow up multiple times to get my plates back(I traded in a vehicle as well and they had it to drive it back to dealership, which I also wasn't aware of) Fast forward three years later and I attempt to purchase from again, thinking it's been some time and maybe they've improved. Guess what? That answer is nope, they haven't. Same routine of not following up but being told through messages as well as calling in that someone would and for me, "Not to worry!" I'm trying to purchase a vehicle and not the other way around so I'm not worried. This dealership is just extremely unprofessional and I guess I should take this as a blessing in disguise and shop elsewhere. Also the Sales Rep Glen Schuchart is awful. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. He can't respond back to your inquiries what so ever. So in other words, Thanks McCluskey for not making a sale and losing a repeat customer. I was in the market for a used car which can be stressful I was impressed with how hard the salesperson worked to find a car to meet my needs. I did not feel pressured as they did not try to sell me on something I did not want. They have a great selection of cars at varying price points, which means a lot when you have a limited amount to spend.
