If you're in the market for a new car, DO NOT go to King's Ford. The lease on our current EV is expiring in August. After seeing a Mach-E at the car show we decided to look at one. There was a show incentive of $50 to test drive, so even more reason to go. Added note, the salesman said the dealership was not participating in that program, but we were ready to continue with even without the GC. After initially talking to a salesman and leading with our lease is expiring soon. we were told they didn't have time if that we were only there for the gift certificate. We asked to speak to the salesman manager, and he came out with an attitude that he couldn't be bothered and didn't care that we will be purchasing or leasing within the next few months. If this is how potential buyers are treated, I have little faith that customers would be treated any better. No wonder they still have four "New" 2025s on their lot. read more

Well for starters when you call, take them forever answer the phone and then when you ask him a question they don't really seem to know the answer even though they were supposed to email you in the morning when they had the business hours in full effect that's deemed to be a little too above their pay grade. I have a Ford F-150 3. 5L Ecoboost and in 2022 the vehicle was brought in and needed new timing chain and phasers. $3k cost to replace. Their warranty is 2 years and unlimited miles. I am at 2 years and 2 months (25,000 miles more) and they are telling me the exact same issue has occurred and needs to be replaced again (now $3.3k quote). Ford's design is expected for the lift of the vehicle, though they do say some will need the replacement. Current Ford survey has it at about 30% needing the fix, yet I am now at twice in 2 years. The replacement parts are also suppose to fix the issue, so either they were not used with my original repair or not done correctly. Kings Ford has been less than helpful, saying the repair is 2 months out of warranty despite being on a fraction of the expected life of the replacement parts, and insisting I paid for the exact same service again. I find this to be extremely unjust and unethical. I do not recommend this dealership as this is now the second issue I've had with them (the first being a brake inspection that I was told was good, then 2 months later they said I need to replace pads and rotors and way past due. They clearly never did a proper inspection). read more

I purchased a certified used vehicle from Kings Ford a couple days ago. When I say the second I pull off the lot the AC stopped functioning I really mean it. Within 5 minutes of driving away the AC turned off. We returned to the dealership to resolve the issue since we just spent thousands of dollars on this certified pre owned vehicle.. They proceeded to tell us that we purchased the car as is. And they refused to tell us that the AC was not functioning. Talk about desperate for a sale. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

They are the worst. I purchased E-350 2022 the last box truck on the lot. Driver side tire was on flat. They said it just need air. Several days later and I was stuck on Dixie Highway for 5 hours with a flat. Took it back to have them repair it and they scarred my brand new rim out of anger. I noticed it the next day. They reviewed cameras and told me it wasn't them. my first choice was Chevrolet. I should've went with my gut. They have the most laziest workers. If I was there boss I would fire allllll of them. Buying my car here was a decent experience- but I bought the oil change package it's been a joke. Absolutely useless. Makes me so mad.

My car has been in several times over the last three years because the rear passenger window would not close properly; the service department would just put some grease on it and say that happens. Now that I am just out of 36 month/36 k mile warranty (bought in June 2020) it is the glass that needs to be replaced for for $700. Serves me right for buying a Ford! read more

These guys are a bunch of crooks do not buy a car from them. They sold me a 2017 Expedition stating that it was Certified Pre-owned going through an rigorous and thorough inspection to find that the car had several issues. I took it to Casstrucci Ford in Milford to have it serviced a week after buying it to find that all 4 tires did not meet the minimum requirements for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, the alignment was out, window door seals leaking air, intermittent back-up camera issue, and a knocking noise in the transfer case. I highly recommend not doing business with Kings Ford unless you want to get ripped off! read more

Kings Ford replaced a brake booster on my 2018 Explorer. There was nothing wrong with the booster. The original issue was what I perceived as a loose break pedal. The pedal was the same after the $1,500.00 booster. Have attempted to contact the service Manager. Matt Huber but to no avail. I have tried in person and over the phone. Have left voice messages. He won't return my calls and is always out of the office, gone for the day, or on a call. Here's the real kicker! I went to check my brake fluid and the booster is loose. Yes, loose. It flops around. I called to have them fix what they screwed up and said they could get me in a week from now. I said this is a potential safety issue. They don't care. I guess they have enough business to not care about cars they screw up or misdiagnose. read more

I was in email communication with a sales rep about purchasing one of two vehicles. I was sent the information on the vehicles including price (MSRP). I asked about holding the vehicle and making a deposit. I called to make the deposit but the person I called was not in the office. That is when I was told the vehicle was marked up 10k over MSRP. In addition, when I called to complain, I was suddenly told the vehicles were being sold as I spoke and that they called before I called however the person didn't know how long I had been in communication with a sales rep so no way of knowing they called first. Have taken my Ford Fusion in several times to Kings ford for service. After many years of going to Beechmont Ford, I prefer Kings. They have employees that actually care about making their service customers happy and even call regularly with updates. They are not the cheapest place in town - hourly rate over $100 but I have confidence in them. They troubleshot a problem for me today - a noise when my car accelerated. You can tell from their online booking site. They are 2-3 weeks booked out where I could have gotten a same week appt with Beechmont Ford. They even last visit showed me some damage they did to my trunk by accident and offered to fix it for free. You could barely see it! I like honest dealers. read more

I am a new Ford owner, although my wife comes from a Ford family--3 generations. We bought our Ford used and I wanted to give them a chance to take care of it with us and make it last. I contacted Kings Ford via online chat 4 weeks ago, had a long-conversation explaining I needed an oil change, the VIN, miles, etc., and the bot/person said that a technician would be in contact with me soon. Well, soon hasn't been since that conversation. I took it somewhere else for an oil change before we left for a 2-week driving vacation. Today, I attempted to again give them my business. I called, talked to a customer service rep and again gave them all the details listed above. Additionally, I added that we would like a 60k check-up as per the manufacturer. He could not schedule himself or provide a price, but would have someone from service "be with me in a moment." 30 minutes later Logan from Service got on the line. I asked him if this type of wait is usual and he said that it can be. He was okay and professional, but that wait is ridiculous for scheduling. I called our usual mechanic, he quoted me for HALF their price, and he answered on the first ring. I'll never use these guys. read more

I had heard not so nice things about this dealerships service department from friends and family, but unfortunately I didn't heed their advice. The drivers side rear tire on my husbands vehicle literally blew up. He didn't run over anything in the road, and he has performed proper maintenance on the car since he bought it - from Kings Ford - New in July 2020. A piece of the rim itself broke off, flew through the tire and tore up the rear fender. Again, nothing in the road - I was up front in the passenger seat when it happened and saw nothing, felt nothing, just heard a BOOM! It was an obvious manufacturing defect to us. Not to this dealership. They insinuated that either we were lying or, at the least, were blind because we obviously had run over something to cause a gaping hole in the MIDDLE OF THE RIM and must not have seen whatever we ran over. I'm guessing if there was anything in the middle of the road to cause a gaping hole in the rim, we'd have seen it and avoided it. I guess we're dumb, too. They just quoted a price and refused to see it for what it is - a manufacturing defect. If I thought we MAY have run over something to cause the damage, I'd be ponying up the $1300 to replace the rim and tire right now, but I KNOW that's not true. The service manager called me to reiterate that my husband lied, was blind and didn't see what he ran over, and they weren't going to do anything. We also needed to have our insurance handle it. Put the monkey on their backs for a flaw in Ford manufacturing? I don't think so. We're at a stalemate - he thinks we're lying and I know we're not. I am completely disgusted with Kings Ford. We'll get it fixed, and most likely sell the car. We don't even want to own the car if that's the care they take in manufacturing their product, or taking care of their customers after the sale. Bought a used F150. Sales department was great, especially Bryan Parsell, so I liked that. I would not use the service department though. I took the F150 back there three times to have an issue with the parking break sticking fixed. At the end of my third visit, I walked out to the truck, which they had supposedly just fixed, & the parking break stuck again the very first time I applied it, while I was still sitting on their lot. To make matters worse, they told me I'd have to pay another $210+ on top of what I had already paid them to fix the same problem. I don't think they had even correctly diagnosed the problem... I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Kings Ford again. Sales was great. But for repairs, go to a private mechanic or the service department at a different Ford dealership. read more

Beware: ZERO SERVICE AFTER SALE. We were in the market for a Ford Explorer. Came across a 2020 Ford Explorer that almost met our requirements. We wanted leather seats as well as heated seats. The sales manager and salesman stated that they can change all the seats to leather as well as change every seat into a heated seat while meeting our price point. We agreed to terms and purchased the vehicle. We returned the vehicle to receive the heated seats, leather, and we requested a manual. Once we received the vehicle back, the seats looked terrible, heated seats only in the front, no manual. I texted the salesman about the seats looking bad and how we were missing the middle and rear rows for heated seats. He literally said, "It is above my pay grade to get this resolved. Your best bet is to call the dealership." Talk about customer service right? Anyway, so I did. Talked to a manager. Long story short, they initially lied to me. They said that I will have heated seats throughout the explorer before I purchased the vehicle. After I purchased, I was only able to get them in the front and middle seats only after a long debate with a sales manager. If I didn't bring the issue up, they would have just pushed me along. Once you sign the papers and purchase the vehicle, it's all over. Make sure you have your ducks in a row before purchasing. I was hoping to find a dealer that I could buy vehicles for the rest of my life. Instead I just found a headache. Find another dealership that cares about service after the sale. Absolutely terrible. I bought a car here in November. In the contract it stated they would fix the broken passenger door. Yes , I know I am late just now going to get it fixed. However, I am a full time nursing student, work two jobs, and have a 3 year old. They told me today they sent the part back where it came the manufacturer and they will no longer help me in the aspect of my car. I went and spoke with the gentlemen who sold me my car and he stated he would talk to his manager. The manager said If I purchased an entire mirror myself they would replace it with free labor charge. I have been a loyal customer of the Kings Ford service department for about 10 years- I've had many ups and downs during this time period. There have been years where I have hated every second of my experience with them but I continued to use them due to laziness and I guess convenience. I've bought two cars from Kings ford (I always used Randy in the sales department he's awesome!) But I have to say, the SERVICE DEPARTMENT has really stepped up their game over the last 6-12 months. Jarrod has been great with both my car and my husbands. The rest of the staff have been courteous and I feel as though my car has been serviced or fixed in a timely manner (within reason). My only complaint is the call center they use for rerouting service calls both of the people I have spoke to have been dumber than a box of rocks. Went in for a recall, which my vehicle exhibited the symptoms that the recall was to fix. They diagnose the truck and say I need to do a transmission overhaul which would cost $4,400. I told them to just do the recall work which was just a reprogramming for the transmission and the truck is running great. Perhaps the transmission is faulty but it is not showing any issues or signs. read more

My wife had an awful experience and left us feeling that their sales staff and financing department were some of the least professionals humans we've encountered and completely took advantage of her simply because she is a woman. We drove up on a Sunday with our young children to purchase the vehicle that my wife had a test driven earlier that week. She texted the sales associate to let him know we were on our way up there, and inquired about the tax and title fees for the vehicle, as she was purchasing the vehicle outright. When we arrived, he showed us another vehicle that was slightly more expensive while they were locating "her" car. After an hour of negotiating the "final price", they confessed that the vehicle had been sold two days prior. They stated that they would be able to find the same vehicle "in a day or two" if we were able to pay for it now... To add insult to injury, they would no longer honor the price that she had been quoted (in writing) from the finance department, and the finance manager took the original copy and handed us an altered facsimile of the original. It was the classic "bate and switch" tactic that one associates with less than reputable dealerships, and we left completely feeling that they were taking advantage of my wife because she was a woman with cash. They were completely classless and unprofessional, and I wonder how many other folks have experienced similar tactics? It was just overall a pitiful experience for my wife and our family, when the sales associate could simply have let us know that the vehicle had been sold before we drove up to purchase with cash. For the record, she exchanged correspondence with him several times over the weekend and prior to driving there on Sunday. We feel like the service was so substandard and unprofessional that we'll register a complaint with the Ford Motor Company. Fortunately, we drove to Kerry Ford and purchased a vehicle from them, on the spot, and drove home later that evening. Read the other reviews about their service, associates, and unsavory sales practices... we'd strongly caution anyone interested in purchasing a Ford from this dealership. read more

We are a Ford Family. 30 years in different parts and assembly plants and loyal to the hand that fed us. We recently moved back to our home in Cincy. Kings Ford is closest. We went. Good god almighty, why Ford hasn't yanked the license from Kenwood Auto Group (they own all of Kings) is beyond my understanding. Our dealer in another state was so amazing. Treated women with respect, dealt straight up, and when a mistake was made, made it right with an apology. Kings left us standing at the desk for 15 min with no other customers around before looking up from the screen to acknowledge us. Took 3 hrs to do an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't change the filter, and it took 3 tries sending the car back in order to get the front plate holder on. The difference in the 2 dealerships cannot be more stark. We have not had recalls serviced because I don't trust these people and can't figure out who in Ohio is honest. Might have to drive the blessed car back to Georgia to get the recalls fixed. That's just pathetic, and in all honesty, we might be forced to buy from another manufacturer just to be sure we can get recall and warranty service from a reputable source. Saying this as a loyal Ford retiree, is painful. I really wish Ford would so something to get Cincinnati a decent Ford Dealership. Darn shame John Nolan ford closed while we were moved away. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I went. I did my research online and figured out what car I wanted to purchase: a used 2007 BMW 328 i. My boyfriend and I came over to Kings Ford to take a look at it and give it a test drive. Our sales person spent perhaps 5 minutes in over 4 hours with us. Those 4 hours were full of pushiness and misinformation. The sales guy immediately shuffled us over to finance, and told her we were ready to pay with $1000 down, even though we told him we wanted to put nothing down and see how long we could stretch the car loan. It's pretty much a ripoff from the moment you walk into there. Because we had such a rough time, the finance lady gave us a low deal on the car, lower than sticker price. But my boyfriend who had recently gotten a car from Kings Toyota said he was concerned that the car would stop working the moment we drove it off the lot, because he had found issues with his pontiac that he didn't initially find during the test drive. So the finance lady said we should take the Ford powertrain warranty, and she could wrap it into our loan and still stay under our budget. Two weeks later we find out that there's a 30-day waiting period. My advice? Don't go there. I'm now taking my car to Jake Sweeny for all the repairs that needed to get down, and they are super nice. I'm going to get my next car from them. read more

Everything good except when I came to pick up my car the oil change I requested was not done. I explained to the Service Specialist (Tricia???) the situation and she checked to see if any of the technicians would do the oil change. She came back and told me no one wants to stay and do the oil change. She was very nice and apologetic. I think for a Service Center striving for 100% satisfaction, someone should have changed my oil. It was approximately 430pm and they did not close until 6pm. I mean, My God, how long does it take? 5 minutes? Everything else was already done to the car. It's very hard for some people to just... Come back tomorrow! read more

I brought my 2014 Focus St for a few reasons, a couple of recalls, to identify an issue with Hill assist, to check why moonroof and the turbo gauge are not working. The car was for 1 week and the only thing that was accomplished is the recall, somehow my battery was dead and I had to buy one, nothing was done to test the other issues, Tricia keep saying tomorrow will be done, she never call back as she promise to do it to inform about the status, I got tired of the situation and took my car, I was told that the service will take 1 day and after 1 week I did not accomplish anything. Is a shame that a dealer for your size can do anything to improve the service department, I understand you are busy but make changes to expand the department or to tell the customer a real-time number of days that we will have to wait. read more
