Customer service was very poor. I have been frequenting this business for approximately two years. On Sept. 1, 2024 I attempted to call this business to verify they had a particular product in stock before driving 20 mins to their store on PCH in Long Beach. Nobody was available to answer the phone. Previously I have tried to call and received no answer. The previous times was due to their phone outage. On 9-1-2024 when I drove to their store I was informed that they were unable to answer because they were too busy and were understaffed as two employees had left for the day. I drove 20 mins only to find out they did not have what I was looking for. The staff informed me that I can always check their web site. Shouldn't I also be able to call and find out if they have something in stock as the website and what they have in stock does not always match up. When asked for the owners or corporate number to file a complaint they refused to give that info. I proceeded to call a Haven Dispensary and the Circle Dispensary. Both businesses promptly answered my call and provided me the information on product I was looking for and was able to drive to the Haven dispensary on Los Alamitos Blvd and get what I was looking for. So I guess I've been living under my rock for quite some time now because I didn't realize that places like this were in existence. Well, I'm not a consumer so I guess it makes sense that I wouldn't know much about this business although I do remember something on the news about Girl Scouts selling cookies in front of a Cannabis shop? I was driving down 7th and noticed a nice, new looking building with an amazing interesting name and I thought it was an eatery so naturally my curious nature led me in and I had some sort of wakening lol! I was carded at the door. Ok, I forgot to dress up because I didn't realize I was at a club. 3 steps later I was ID'd again. I hardly look under 21 but anyway .. the lady asked if I was a "return visitor"? Um. No. First time. She said I would get a "tour" (ooh, I like free tours). What brought you in today"? I said, the "pretty building" so she let me in and probably thought I was already high. Haaaahaaaa! I love food so I was Immediately drawn to the edibles (that's what they're called, right?). $18 for a candy bar?! I can go to the 99cents store and get like 40 candy bars for that price and if I eat all of them I would probably be high off of the chocolate- just sayin'. I have nothing to compare to since this was my first time in a cannabis shop. I will say that the place was very organized, clean and shiny. It looked very upscale - like the Louis Vuitton of cannabis. I don't know how people afford this stuff? A couple of the employees did come up to me and ask if I needed any help but I definitely didn't get the promised tour which was a bummer because I had no idea what half the stuff was. read more

I just went to Kings Crew on my lunch, first off everyone was super nice! from the check in associate till the person who checked if we needed help. It was mine & my gf first time coming here. We ended up walking out with a 2 batteries. w jet fuel cartridges & a pre roll. The guy with the beard helped us and was SUPER INFORMATIVE super helpful. He didn't try and get us to buy the most expensive stuff as i feel other shops would try to do. He was nice, explained everything very thoroughly even down to the taxes. I gotta be honest, this place fell from grace pretty hard for me. Seems like they have an exclusive deal with Gramlin, and ever since the quality and variety of product they offer is a travesty. Barely any of the disposable vapes (they had plenty of before) are gone. Edibles went from full to barely there for over 6 months. I was sold old as hell extremely stale Cruisers by one staff member so I don't even trust their recommendations anymore. It feels like they're just trying to offload whatever they can and avoid direct questions about inventory and delivery status. It's obvious things are changing there but they don't respect their customers enough to inform them. I even asked one employee straight up if all the gramlin inventory I saw overwhelming the store was the reason for their variety to completely dwindle but she gave me a non-answer. Maybe I feel badly for the staff? Sadly I just don't trust the place anymore. This store has become a huge disappointment. read more

I have come here 10 min before closing and have been turned away 3 times, I was just turned away by the security guard who acts like he's a real cop, just so the workers can go home early. If it says online you close at 10:00 than close at 10:00 not 9:50 as the rent a cop informed me they close at 9:50. I have taken 10 friends with me and I'm spreading the word even more, We stopped giving them our business and started going to Circle dispensary in Long Beach down the street because they let people in until the posted time of 10:00. First timers get 20% off their entire purchase! They check your ID outside , and when you enter before you fully reach the weed lair. And When you do, it is clean, sleek and modern. You're welcomed once you enter and the display they have for their products is actually like walking around a museum LOL. Cool dispensary with helpful staff. Seems like a place you take your time in, they're a bit more strict with filling out a clipboard when you first come in. They also offer delivery which is super fast- so fast it came 2 hours before my delivery window at 9am and woke me up. Love the speediness but wish I could've kept my delivery window. Delivery driver was so sweet though. Note: on their website they state due to local regulation all transactions must be compete by 9:50pm so don't be one of those people who show up late and complain haha. read more

Always love coming here because their setup is so nice and easy to walk thru. They are always ready and willing to answer questions! I have only checked for their edibles, but aim to take a closer look at the flower selection, once COVID-19 gets under control. Their displays are very clean and easy for you to see what you are going to get. An employee will walk and talk with you as you tell them what you want. Not a real fan! I know CBD- hemp derived is legal federally! 0.03% legal THC is what I have used for pain and sleep. Here I was challenged it doesn't work unless it's regular cannabis CBD with a much higher THC level.. " it doesn't work unless it has more THC". I am a cannabis certified RN. This is simply not TRUE!! Period! However the training to sell and up-sale extremely evident! Sorry kiddos! CBD hemp full spectrum does work on chronic pain, and other issues. THEY DO NOT SALE hemp derived CBD products and sale them as CBD! Be carful! You will test + if you use higher THC products like they sale....the pressurd speech and scripted appearance reeks of corporate trying to make a buck on the cannabis market.
