I have brought 3 guitars to have them set up. 1st my Gibson Hummingbird. Last I asked them to fix a 12 string Yamaha, the fret board was so worn out I didn't think it was ever going to be playable again. The team did a fantastic job restoring it to its former glory. I came here to sell my guitar and two cases since I was moving out of the country and couldn't take…read morethem with me. The chick working was very nice and honest about expectations with us. However the owners were jerks. One refused to even look at the cases and just offered a flat amount for the guitar and two cases, take it or leave it. The other owner who was signing the check questioned the amount feeling it was a bit low but still did nothing to offer me a few more bucks. If I had time and more options I would have gone somewhere else. I suggest you do too.
