Okay, fine. I wait several hours, and there are maybe ten minutes left until the end of the appointment, so I call again to make sure; I was then told that I was going to get a different appointment window on the same day, which leads me to then wonder if they were going to bother informing me of this today had I not called. I thought that was going to be the end of it, but then the technician called after that to say that he wasn't going to make it at all, and despite me trying to reschedule this appointment, he concluded that it was impossible to reschedule and ended the call. I see all these five-star reviews and I had high hopes, but I feel incredibly let down by this.
