I'd just bought a new set of tires for my car from Costco, but they don't do wheel alignments…read more Looking on Yelp I saw Tire Outlet in Fullerton and all the positive reviews they have, so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole operation, thanks to Tony and Miguel for their helpful and friendly assistance. I'll be sure to check out Tire Outlet the next time I need new tires!

The BF Goodrich Trail-Terrain T/A-245/70R16XL-111T. With the 4 wheel Alignment and of course the Road Hazard Warranty. (No Brainer) for both. The drive home was absolutely amazing on and off the freeway. The steering was immediately impeccable. I could feel the grip of the road through the turns with total ease and control at any safe speed. Truly the best tires I've ever had. And being on sale saved me over $300.00 on just the (4) tires and over another $200.00 on the Alignment and Warranty. I shopped around for the very best deals. My best friend recommended me to try out the Tire Outlet US Fullerton. Mark was right! This was worth the drive coming from Long Beach. Tony Garcia... You are "The Man!" Also, the reception from your staff was fantastic! No waiting for service. They immediately started on the Alignment and then the tires were shown to me while I was watching a movie in their large very clean comfortable lounge. Awesome tires! Top rated! Thank you so much for everything you've done for me and my KIA Sorrento. This is the safest my car has ever been! Thanks to you! If you're looking for the most knowledgeable, honest and reliable people to service your tire needs, this is truly the place to bring your car. I highly recommend Tony Garcia and the Tire Outlet US Fullerton. I will never shop anywhere else for tires.

So they send me to another Walmart that they say can do it. That store says the same thing. They won't install the tires because they're afraid of damaging the rims. Now the good part of the story. The Walmart manager refers me to JR's. I go to JR's and I'm worried they won't install the tires since I got the tires elsewhere. Nope. JR himself gives an amazing warm welcome, gave me a more than fair install price per tire, and started on it immediately. No waiting. The guys are now my only stop for tires and wheels. JR and his team are highly skilled....and happy! What an amazing combination. Well done JR!!

They definitely deserve a 10/10, and I recommend them 100%! They installed a train horn on my F-150, and they absolutely nailed it. The installation was clean, professional, and now my truck sounds like a beast! On top of that, they gave me an incredible deal on my wheels and tires. It's hard to find a shop that offers both top-quality work and fair prices, but JR's Wheels & Tire delivers on both. If you're looking for honest, reliable service and great prices, don't hesitate to stop by and check them out. I guarantee they'll take care of you. Thanks again, JR's Wheels & Tire--you've earned a customer for life!

Both were just down to earth... people that I can just hang out with. I never got the feeling that they were trying to sell me on something, which is something you see a lot of at these types of businesses. I recently lifted my 4Runner and got new tires and wheels, so I needed an alignment done. Not only did they do a great job, Isaac also took the time to teach me what everything meant. All the things I had read about (caster, camber, toe) made more sense to me because of how he was able to show it to me, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was also half of what others had quoted me, which is crazy to me. Stand up people. Stand up business.

Being that my truck is lifted, I was referred to a few places that specialize in that field. This place being one of them. I requested a quote through the Yelp app and received a response very quickly. They (Bp Tires and Wheels) gave me their earliest availability as well as an unbeatable price (literally too good to be true) compared to the other places I reached out to. Without hesitation, I made my appointment. On my appointment day I arrived a few minutes early. I was greeted by the owner, who gladly helped me get checked in. Knowing that it would take about an hour I decided to hang out in the waiting area where there was a TV playing some automotive related media. Once the alignment was complete, the tech took my truck on a test drive to make sure everything was straight and solid. I had a chance to speak to the owner for a bit after the work was done. I learned that the shop is family owned, and that they're all car enthusiasts. Super nice dude. Customer service was excellent. I'm surprised how well taken care of I was for the price that I paid. I felt like it was necessary to leave a tip! I highly recommend this place for your alignment, tires, and wheels!

Reply to Santa Ana's reply…read more Why did SA say they sent me another wheel before I filed the report with eBay? How about the check that was never sent to me? How about the Zelle that never happened? There are photos and proof on the google reviews that show you do this to a lot of customers. Your lies are probably costing you a lot more money than doing the right thing. Go read the google reviews with photos. I would be real careful doing business with this company. The wheel they sent me was a different wheel that didn't fit the vehicle. I reached out to them via EBay Messenger and they stated they would send the right one and to ship the wheel back with their packing slip. They never sent a second wheel and couldn't provide any tracking info. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.

After giving this shop a significant amount of my business, I slowly realized that the more…read morefamiliar they became with me, the more I was being overcharged. That realization was disappointing, but my most recent visit made it clear I won't be returning. I brought my car in to have my old wheels removed and new wheels installed. This is typically a 30-minute job at most, yet I was charged $160, and the car still wasn't ready over two hours later. What made this worse is that no price was given upfront before the work started, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with pushback. Jeff, as the owner, I would expect better transparency and professionalism--especially toward a repeat customer. Charging premium prices without disclosure and failing to deliver timely service is not okay. This was an extremely bad experience. I won't be coming back, and I'll be advising friends to take their business elsewhere. Jeff, I welcome a public response explaining why no estimate was provided and why a simple wheel swap took over two hours... an apology is absolutely owed here.

That level of honesty and integrity is rare. He also advised that, in my situation, a full powder coat would likely achieve the best result rather than a spot repair, even though that's a service he no longer offers. I ultimately didn't go with him for the repair, but I genuinely appreciated his transparency and honesty, and I will be looking into the shops he recommended.
