I have a Chevrolet Bolt EUV with a set of tires that practically nobody makes anymore, and one of them had started leaking air. I was worried I was in for an expensive replacement. I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. They could have easily sold me a new tire, especially since my tires are difficult to find, but instead they fixed the actual problem and sent me on my way. From now on, Tire Outlet will be the only place I take my car for tire service. They specialize exclusively in tires (so you don't have to wait while a car gets another type of lengthy repair or maintenance), know their products inside and out, have an impressive inventory, provide incredibly fast service, and, most importantly, treat their customers with honesty, care, and respect. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.

I just took my car for maintenance recently and they advised that the tire they sold me here is 10 years old!!! aside from that. they also stripped 3 of the lug bolts that i now also have to replace. horrible. do not go by yourself, have your husband or a man with you. do not recommend.

Knowing that it would take about an hour I decided to hang out in the waiting area where there was a TV playing some automotive related media. Once the alignment was complete, the tech took my truck on a test drive to make sure everything was straight and solid. I had a chance to speak to the owner for a bit after the work was done. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

I rarely ever deal with automotive shops, I guess I've just been lucky soooo win the time came and I needed to find a shop that was local and not a chain (we should all be supporting small business owners, Especially with what everyone had to deal with and is still dealing with due to the pandemic.) I thought that I could get away with finding a wheel room for my Ellantra and taking the easy way out or I guess the cheapest way and ended up going all over orange county to junkyards as well as Riverside County to junkyards just to end up where I had originally started. After being recommended by two dealerships and an acquaintance I made my way to Santa Ana Wheel. If I would've listened to the first person who told me to come here it would've saved me hours upon hours of time wasted as well as money spent in gas and purchasing the wrong equipment for my car. I never felt taken advantage of which is something I think all young females worry about when they come to automotive shops. They were even kind enough to take the rooms that I I had purchased but have no use for so I was able to get a small discount added it to my very small total. The shop is highly recommended by a ton of well educated people in this industry and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family in the future!!! I recently purchased 4 wheel simulators for my new Dodge Ram 5500. They shipped very quickly. I am very pleased with the appearance and how it really dresses up my truck - it pops! I had a few questions about the fasteners and orientation of the mounting hardware. The rep I called answered right away-no voicemail required! They a very smart and convenient dedicated cell phone feature on their site where I was able to text pictures of my concerns and questions-brilliant thinking on their part. Elmer is awesome! I own a C350 Mercedes and had hit a curb pretty bad that it took a chunk of my rim with it so I had to get a new rim. My brother found Santa Ana Wheels on Ebay but when I called Elmer notified me that the rim I was interested in would not fit my front tire since my wheels are staggered. Luckly he told me he had one that would fit. These rims are really hard to find without going to the dealer and literally paying a couple thousand. Elmer was very polite and made me feel at ease that I was getting the right size and when I needed it delivered. He even helped me change my shipping address since I had put the wrong one. I severely damaged a rim on my 2016 Toyota Highlander. It was still drivable but could not be repaired. I went to the dealership and was quoted $800 to replace the wheel not including installation. Santa Ana Wheel and Elwin were so helpful, efficient, and professional. The model # of the wheel and color/finish I received from the dealership did not match my other 3 rims when I placed my initial order. A cavern like pothole in Chicago cracked and otherwise destroyed the right front wheel on my 2012 BMW 535. I wasn't about to pay the dealer price for a brand new one "knowing" that there must be hundreds of them "out there" available in junk yards. Not the case. I found one near Chicago, in pretty sad shape. Santa Ana Wheel was the only source in the country that had exactly the correct wheel for my model year, and delivered it via Fedex ground in the middle of a blizzard. Jay was Fantastic with helping me find a replacement OEM rim for the used 2000 323i I just bought. The previous owner banged up two of the rims that needed replacing, and Santa Ana Wheel was able to help me with almost new looking replacements at a very good price and have them shipped from CA to TX where I live....and Fast(I ordered on 8/29 and it arrived on 9/1....WOW!) I was able to buy a new rim from Santa Ana Wheel and have it shipped to me cheaper than having my current dented rim fixed locally. Amazing! Drove an hour to sell a set of BMW M3 wheels ...per their website instructions I sent pics and description via mms called and messaged a few times to confirm. The Set price was well below retail but fair considering their age and profit margin but when I got there Scott cut selling price in half and then even lower claiming they were bent...maybe not 360 perfect and needing repaint his offer was barley above aluminum scrap price and in short TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I live in Colorado and my 20 year old daughter bent one of the wheels on her '02 Suzuki Grand Vitara, which is not a terribly common vehicle. Santa Ana Wheel had a used OEM wheel and their price was excellent. They even sent a follow up email advising that the wheel was shipped. The wheel arrived well boxed and very quickly. Ordered 4 centre caps for sc 430 via E-Bay. Before shipment I was contacted by Jason and sent photos to say that unfortunately two of the caps had small marks on them and do I still wish to proceed with the order. As I live in the UK, aftermarket parts for this vehicle are rare and expensive so I continued with the order. When the caps arrived they were well packaged and in better condition than expected and on time. The one wheel i received was not as described, however after getting in touch with them they assured me they would resolved the solution and they did. I dropped off my car early in the morning at the shop and it was ready the next day. With my busy schedule, I was very appreciative of the quick work. I dealt with Enrique, and he was a pleasure doing business with. He sent me pictures of the process as it came along and I was thankful for that. They had a silver lip with black center and I wanted ALL black. His price was very fair; his communication was excellent, we set an appointment within a week (my schedule didn't allow earlier) and he arrive early.
