Reply to Santa Ana's reply. Why did SA say they sent me another wheel before I filed the report with eBay? How about the check that was never sent to me? How about the Zelle that never happened? There are photos and proof on the google reviews that show you do this to a lot of customers. How about refunding my $600+ purchase since you have my money and the wrong wheel you sent me? How about posting the tracking from the second wheel SA supposedly sent me? Your lies are probably costing you a lot more money than doing the right thing. Go read the google reviews with photos. I would be real careful doing business with this company. It seems it's been lie after lie with them. I reached out to them via EBay Messenger and they stated they would send the right one and to ship the wheel back with their packing slip. They never sent a second wheel and couldn't provide any tracking info. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund. read more

Hi, I'm writing about my experience today. I called to ask about a rim and was told to send a picture to their text number, which I did. However, I never received any response. To make it clear, I can show proof that no message was ever sent back to me. When I called to follow up, the front desk staff member was very rude and unhelpful. I simply asked if they had received the picture and if the rim was available. She responded, "If you didn't get a message, we don't have it," in a very dismissive tone, and also insisted that they had already replied. That does not make sense!!! either you replied or you didn't. I was just calling for an update, but instead I was met with poor attitude and the call was ended abruptly. This was very disappointing. I recommend improving customer service and making sure staff communicate clearly and respectfully with customers. read more

I wish I could give these guys less than a one star. I ordered a wheel for my vehicle to replace a bent front rim. I was sent a rear rim, since my vehicle has offset rims/tires the rim would not be able to replace the front rim. I called and they seemed friendly enough saying they would send (email) me the paper work to return the rim. I waited a week and when nothing was sent to me I emailed them requesting the paperwork and procedure to return the rim...I emailed them several times and to this day I have yet to anything from them. My sister's tire was new from Costco, but kept losing air. They suggested Santa Ana Wheel, located curiously in Anaheim. Alex checked the rim and found no dents or a reason for the leak. He then thoroughly cleaned the rim, mounted the tire, balanced it, filled it to high pressure and monitored it for leaks.
