This is the kind of business that truly cares about its customers and treats them like family. I provide airport transportation, so having safe and reliable tires is critical for my business. In the past, I've had three tires blow out on the freeway while transporting passengers, which is a nightmare I never want to experience again. Tonight, I realized I had a bald front tire and a 4 a.m. ride coming up, so I desperately needed a replacement. Even though it was already 6:40 p.m. on a Friday night and the shop was closed, I noticed the garage was open and saw Hilarion talking with a friend. I hesitated but decided to ask if there was any chance he could help. Without hesitation, he took a look at my tire and immediately offered me a great used tire at half the price of a new one--knowing that, as a single parent with three kids, money can be tight sometimes. Not only did he give me a fair price, but he also had the tire changed out in about 10 minutes--fast, efficient, and professional. This is not the first time he's helped me in an emergency, and every time, he's been kind, honest, and incredibly helpful. Every time we've come here whether it be to have a repair on our vehicle or to rent a U-Haul everything is quick efficient and cost worthy. I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from my guess is that it's a personal issue with the reviewer and their outlook on life. Worst customer service there is. I came to Dave's first before getting tires and the guy was already kicking me out saying I can't park here when it's has signs for Dave's customers only. I was fine I will go park over here around the corner. Then I came back and I ask for some tires and he look at me if I had no money and started being rude. Talk about an old grumpy dude. Quoted me more than even the highest price tire shops I know. Yes I am not coming back here. But to Dave's I am. I stopped in just to get air in my sons bike tires and they told me 20 minute?!? I told them I would just bring the bike to the service bay so it would have taken them maybe 1 minute tops! I have worked for many tire shops over the years and am currently a technician at a shop. I would always take the time to air up peoples tires.. it's called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clearly they don't know what that is and how many shops are out there competing for business. Called on a Sunday in need of a tire repair. Was told come right in- no wait. After assessing that the tire couldn't be repaired, the friendly staffer told us we would be able to get home (to SF) on the spare, did not try to convince us to buy a new set of tires (they didn't carry the brand we have and he said he would need to replace all four if we bought from him), and didn't charge us for his trouble. So had them align and rotate my tires. That was good. Drove to Seattle and the tire started to leak. Went to tire shop and the threads were coming out of tire. So now I'm stuck in Seattle waiting to get my tire replaced. There could have been a blowout at any time. I had my mother and 8 year old daughter in the car. I'd never go back to this shop. They could have sold us tires and made more money instead they chose to ignore a tire that was completely done! read more

Great fast service. My tire had a nail in it with a slow leak and they fixed it no problem. They were friendly and fixed the tire within 30 minutes for about $15~30 depending on which type of tire fix they would do. Would recommend!! read more

I owned a business for ten years and retired. I gave the people what they wanted, A FAIR DEAL... Been doing business with this place for over 10 years and was treated great. Then after the last couple of tire services, that I had reqiured at the time , ( tire swap from rim to another rim, maybe just a couple tire mounts or patch repair. Well time has taken it's toll on this shop. Use to get a good deal an respect the helper (the old man) owner , but when I brought in my RV to have him remove the old tires on the rear and remount tires I had purchased sometime ago. He quoted me a good rate and we agreed . I returned later that day to pick up my Rv, and it was not finished. He stated to me that my wheel lug bolts and lug nuts were no good on the left side. I, being a mechanic for over 40 yrs. Looked at the damage,and what he did not check when he tried to remove the lug nuts, was the direction of the threads.He had his impact gun going the opposite direction of the threads and stripped and broke off two out of 8. Some vehicles have reverse thread. He should of checked first. Then he argued with me about him fixing the damage he had done to my wheel lugs, FOR MORE MONEY... $100.00 plus parts. Finally he works with me and gives me my money back for the tire swaps, and we shake hands an all is good and I do the repairs myself at home. Then he starts with this CRAP !!! TODAY I stop by to get a patch on a tire. I drop it off and come back 1 hr. later and he tells me $30.00 I said excuse me what did you just say... He said he would put a plug in the tire for $20.00. and a patch requires wheel Ballance after tire is removed . Wrong... (just mark tire with air stem and inflate to proper air pressure when lined up.) Just - Another way to get your money. What a professional shop would have done is : Provide a written estimate, and have a properly filled out service work order discribbing parts and labor quoted. Also it schould be signed before any service is performed on your vehicle. None of the was done to me or other customers. That's how he gets away with wrongful repair and damage. The General Manager Victor was at the shop and was more than willing to assist me with proficiency and courtesy. He didn't make me feel like it was a hassle, he opened up his shop just to assist me. This place has been my go to since i started driving. (And my mother before me). They always have good prices and so honest! I've never felt like he's trying to up sell anything. You want good service go to Kings! This guys are so professional and fast it's amazing. I have zero complains about the service. I went to kings to get a new wheel set up for my 06 Mustang GT. I had him order me the Niche Misano 20" wheels gloss black. They came in in less than a week and they were on in less than 2 hours after I dropped off the car despite the busy morning they were having! This was all done fast and at a very cheap price. All in all I paid 1600 for the whole set up with good tiers. This was by far the cheapest place for the set up I wanted. Go to kings if you want overall good quality service. read more

This place is so unprofessional. The woman on the phone was so disgusting and disrespectful. We are currently trying to find a uhual with the attachment for our car. We were in the process of making a reservation and called the place to make sure they had one. They had the truck but not the attachment but we're still asking us to make the reservation and see if they could find one. I don't understand their logic but i am not running my card first and gambling on whether or not I can get the attachment. It's not an option it is needed. I'm not sure who is doing the hiring process but themselves should be fired. Woman laughed on the phone and said I can do it myself even though online it says they have it in their shop. Called about 1:50 pm on 6/28 for anybody that works there and wants to know who was working. I suggest you fire her. No place should be allowed to have that rude of workers. I took my truck in to Kings tires for some new tires. I explained to them they I did not have a lot of money but needed new tires badly as my truck is what I use for work. Victor and his dad were able to get me 4 used tires with about 90% life left. One of my tire pressure sensors were bad they ordered me a new one and had it delivered within the hour to get installed. I went back 2 days later because the sensor light was still on and victor took care of it. They are very friendly and unlike most other tires shops in town are not going to rip you off. I was very happy with the tires and the price was extremely reasonable. I could not help but notice they kept getting customers in and were all treated the same I actually wasnt sure if they were customers or friends, that is the type of customer service most business should model. If you want a good deal on tires I guarantee you wont find a better place. They also do auto repair and seem to know their stuff. Great little gem, quick, cheap HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more
