He took all the measurements for new porch and said he would get back to me concerning costs. 2 weeks later, I called him back, he said he was still working on the costs and would return my call in few days. Never heard from him again. If he did not want to do the job, he should have had the courtesy to say so. I can not recommend his services to anyone.

My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. TLDR: great job- highly recommend…read more We had some pretty advanced water damage in multiple spots in our house, and had had work done by a different company but the problem continued and we couldn't get the original company come back and fix it. We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

They expect everyone to follow the rules and that's very good for all of us. Mike and Sally do a great job. We have the nicest park in La Verne. Our homes have plants and flowers . We have wide streets in the park. That is rare. Our pool and facilities are clean and neat. The clubhouse is immaculate. The management company is Victor Martinez and associates. My dad passed and although my dad passed mid March and trailer was sold by end of March they still charged me for the first two weeks of April. How is that possible? No heart and money hungry owners. I think they are upset because I personally sold my dads trailer rather then use their personal person so they can make a portion of what it is sold for.

San Dimas Royal Mobile home Park is trying to steal the mobile home that I inherited that is…read morelocated in their Park. I had it sold for $130,000 yesterday and they blocked the sale. They will not accept the space rent from me but they lie and say that I refuse to pay it. I know that sounds crazy but that is the truth. I don't know how they get away with doing this and I doubt it's the first time that they tried to steal someone's inherited mobile home by not accepting the rent from them and then claiming that you refuse to pay it. Please please speak up if you are going through a similar situation with this mobile home park or any other Mobile home Park. I am the owner of the mobile home my name is on the title but I am not allowed to live there or sell the mobile home in place, the only option they are giving me is that I can move the mobile home to another Park or pay exorbitant fees to their lawyer for writing a very discriminatory storage agreement that he wrote just for me and that I now have to pay $17,000 for the privilege of this discriminatory storage agreement that I never wanted and as far as I know according to the mobile home residency law is not required I am supposed to be allowed to continue the lease that was in effect at the time of former mobile home owners death for the purposes of selling it or be given the option to apply for residency and pay the same space rent that former owner paid. I own this mobile home outright but I am not allowed to live there or sell it sounds crazy doesn't it? I am a senior citizen and I now will be homeless because I spent all of my savings on upgrading and repairing the mobile home that I own, and thousands of dollars on lawyers, to no avail. This has financially ruined me and the stress they have put me through is killing me. My husband and I are first-time home buyers; he had a life-long dream of owning a home, I did not (I will eventually inherit one, so he will also technically). We had some major changes in life and found us in desperate need of more space at a time where the cost of rent was astronomical (I was accustomed to very low rent at this point) and forget about buying when everything that met our needs would cost $600k or more. We considered a very low-cost mobile home that would have fit our budget, but it was pulled off the market the morning before the open house. We decided to visit some open houses at a park in a neighboring city and there was a new home viewing there as well. The model was beautiful and we started to consider this as a possible option, however, we are still paying on our wedding and our credit situation was challenging. The first visit was fine, everyone was friendly and we were able to view more than one unit. We decided to move forward with a pre-qualification first (We tried a traditional home pre-qual a few months prior and we learned traditional homebuying was not in the cards for us) because we didn't want to hold anything if we weren't viable buyers. When we did not initially qualify, Dave and Heidi called me together to explain why and what I could do to make things happen in the future. They asked a lot of questions about my financial situation and realized I had been very conservative in my income and they thought it would be tight, but it could be done. My husband and I took some family with experience with mobile home purchases, just to make sure we weren't seeing things through rose-colored glasses. They agreed it seemed solid, so we gave our deposit. It takes time for a home to be delivered and installed, which was great because my credit needed a lot of massaging (and paying off of things). I received updates on the home itself from Dave (including pictures of it's original installation - I collect memories, so this was huge) and Heidi and Sam worked overtime to get me financed. As I said, my situation was rocky. I have cried and cursed at (more like to) Dave and company and they remained nothing but professional with me. If they saw another roadblock coming, one of them would address with me immediately so we could resolve. While this was happening, another member of Dave's team was helping my family get through the park approval process and attended every meeting with us. We took ownership of our home on November 3rd of last year. The park we moved to is replacing many units and our front lawn was destroyed in the process of preparations being made. While I didn't think this was a Family Homes issue, I've learned I can reach out with questions and they are still available - Dave told me he would reach out to the park to see what the plan was for the issue, as mine was not isolated. He asked for a bit of time, but would let me know. Well wouldn't you know, he never called me back, but my lawn was fixed within the week. Not half-@$$ed fixed, but fixed in the way I had inquired about having done at our expense. We would definitely recommend Family Homes, especially if you think you are not a home buying candidate - they may just surprise you!
