We noticed that there had been specific upgrades to the previous models, based on customer feedback, and the staff's experience with repairs and such. They have a fantastic selection of luggage, totes, bags, carry-ons, accessories, toiletries and personal items, and everything you could think of for travelling. They have a 3 year guarantee on zippers, handles and wheels, and a 10 year guarantee on materials and workmanship on this line of luggage. They also specialize in outfitting missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for their 2 year assignments in far-away places, where they will be living with the things they can carry in a limited space. In addition, Travel Outfitters, provides excellent repair service at reasonable prices. We also found out that they donate used luggage and bags to The Road Home, a homeless assistance place in Salt Lake City, for the people that come there. My smaller suitcase was still quite good, but would not fit in the new bag, so we opted for buying both suitcases and donating the old ones. They have waterbottles, small clothing items, all kinds of knick knacks that make perfect gifts. I really think Hip & Humble stands out from the other "gas station" type stores in the area. It has a completely different feel to it. I just feel like this place is a lot more my style.
