They also did follow-ups the next day to check on my recovery! The surgeon and the nurse really cared about preventing as much discomfort as possible. They really cared about smoothly sedating and coming out of it which was very important to me. The surgeon explained the procedure very well. He also did the PRF therapy that helped with faster healing. I would highly recommend that... I am no expert but it felt like he ensured to cause the least invasion possible when extracting the teeth. They gave very good instructions for healing and pain management. I reached out to Dr. Arnette's office for an emergency procedure while on vacation, not expecting to be treated the very same day and with such great service. His staff were welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Arnette was able to complete the procedure in less than 20 minutes. This visit completely saved the remainder of my vacation, as I would have otherwise needed to return home in hopes of visiting my normal dentist. I got out of there as fast as I could and came back the next day they were open to confront them on the problem which they completely denied. Three years later I was contacted by someone named Lauren in their billing collections about an additional $775 that they claim I did not pay. Mind you I have lived at the same address and had not heard from them in over 2.5 years. I had zero idea I owed them more money (so they claim). I spoke to Lauren and told her my recollection and paid bills don't match up with their claims and could they send me back up to support their claims. She said she could NOT do that and that I would have to speak with the office manager named Jennifer. I called the office no less than five times leaving messages (no one picks up over there) asking for Jennifer to call me. She never returned my calls. I have spoken to my lawyer and documented all my attempts to solve this matter so now I feel a bit better but these folks at Carolina Oral & Facial Surgery are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional and I would highly advise you to stay away and find an alternative.

The place is clean and looks like an oral surgeon office should. They went above and beyond by taking the time to explain everything to me in detail and repairing the damage that was done to me at the other place. I'm still currently visiting Sandhills and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. I really just can't say enough about them and Dr. Berridge. Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at any dental type of office which I hate going to but these people make it a pleasant experience which is a welcome change.
