My RX has been on a national wide shortage and has been a challenge to not only get each month but also plan around and figure out how to best set expectations. Other pharmacies have been curt, unhelpful and made a stressful situation worse - but NOT these folks - they have been SUPERB! I can't say enough about how they have patiently assisted me with questions, educated me when needed and responded promptly each and every time I've needed anything. Again, pharmacies can be an under the radar type of relationship for many of us - but if you have the option - these folks are professional, helpful and all around impressive at their job! We use an Osco Pharmacy in Maine and they recommended I call a pharmacy close to the College. I called this Osco Pharmacy in Berlin, VT. The pharmacist who helped me over the phone was able to pull up her prescription and get it ready within an hour. He was incredibly pleasant! My daughter has her prescription already. Excellent service!!! This was stressful for us, but because of this pharmacist's professionalism and speedy service, the stress was quickly alleviated. Very grateful for the help!

So far, the wrong formulation of a medication was ordered. My last call had an older-sounding woman getting all my details wrong, from number of pills I had picked up months ago to its copay. I told her my copay was always "x." She continued to rattle on. I should have hung up and called back, hoping for another tech. That one clearly did not know how to interpret what was on the computer screen or listen. The pharmacy register staff sound and look pretty unhappy in their jobs, and it is a drag to experience this. The one plus, so far, is I get through line quickly. I check all details in advance , and I show up in the afternoon before it gets busy.
