I'm dramatic I know! Anyway, the store manager came out and greeted us all in line. She was super helpful, extremely personable, friendly and nice. The rest of the staff I met once we were inside were super helpful and friendly. The store itself seems a little small, but I think the location and store itself is really nice. The prices seemed the same as other torrids I've been too, the layout of the store was great, and they had so many if not almost all of the standard bra options in store- that alone made my day! If you haven't been inside a Torrid before- they carry women's sizes 10-30, plus size exclusive. I love their bras because I can wear the same size in basically every bra and have it fit. They carry super trendy and comfortable styles with a fit that never disappoints, and if you feel like staying home you can order online and have it shipped for free to the store for pick up. So glad my favorite store is finally in Vermont!

I go back to the store 2 days later to exchange for a diff size when I realize there is also a rip in the leg. Like someone cut them while opening the box of clothes. They denied an exchange because a brand new pair of $100+ jeans were already ripped. Not worn, not washed, not unfolded. When you have garbage quality control I think you should keep your mouth shut and eat in and not pin it on a customer who spends thousands a year there on his family at your store. Carhart sucks but atleast they don't treat you like that.

I have also heard a lot of complaints about Lennie's return and exchange policies. Recently, a new store called Boot Barn opened in the Williston Marketplace in the old Christmas Tree Shop location right next to Best Buy and easy walking distance to Dick's Sporting Goods, Starbucks, Chili's and Longhorn restaurants. The Boot Barn carries items similar to Lennie's, but they have a far better selection, the store is much nicer, plus the staff is super nice. It's my new favorite work wear store. If you want to feel good about yourself, try Boot Barn instead of being ignored at Lennie's.

She then asked my husband a few questions, asked for his ss#, assuring him it was for verification purposes. The next thing we know she has processed us as a credit card. We are now hit with a hard inquire on his credit report, called the Reward line, paid off the amount immediately and now have to dispute with the credit bureaus. Worse part, we are already customers with Synchrony Bank and had a hard inquiry as an existing customer anyway!! Beware of the deceitful practice and shame on them for their unprofessional and predatory practices. Be sure to say NO for their rewards card, it is a credit card that they present in a misleading manner.
