DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS WHOLESALER. We purchased a Honda SUV the beginning of March. The engine light was off when we test drove it. It came in 3 days later once we were home. A week later, we noticed the truck was rocking & there was a weird churning sound coming from behind the glove compartment. I contacted the salesman who sold it to us via Facebook, Ty, and notified him of it. Then, we took the truck in to a shop. We were told the following needed to be replaced ASAP: Rear shocks Front struts Sway bar & links Oil valve covers VVT solenoid Rear brakes Ty was VERY professional & friendly at the point of purchase but he made it clear that all of those issues were "regular maintenance issues" and that the owner (his boss, Kevin Kinsey) was not willing to refund ANY of the purchase amount. I had to have the car towed on day 2. It needed a new starter. The mechanic also said the coolant had been diluted which would have been a big issue given that snow/freezing temps were in the forecast. So we dodged a bullet but repairs totaled almost $1500 in the first week after purchase. I purchased a car from here a couple months ago . After driving it for a couple of days I noticed it running odd and decided to take a look under the hood . It turns out the coolant was leaking . I assumed the tank was cracked or that there was a leak somewhere . After a few weeks of refilling the coolant every week I decided to take it to a mechanic. They diagnosed the car as having a warped head gasket . This company sold me a car that had a warped head gasket and didn't say anything. They should have been honest about the car's condition but they were not . I would not recommend purchasing a car from this place . We looked at and drove a 2014 Dodge Journey. We understood going in that there would be issues with anything we bought within our price range so we evaluated the issues and purchased accordingly. A month or so in and the vehicle is performing well with no unexpected problems. Would give 0 stars if i could. Got a truck 2 weeks ago. Talked highly of this truck and said it was a good truck. There are some cosmetic issues like paint and sun damage but nothing to worry about. A week in and we have to replace spark plugs, the truck rocks when it's in park it has rust all over the body covered by paint. The motor makes a nocking sound. After it idles for a minute the check engine light starts to flash. Rust under the rockers and fenders after we asked if there was any rust they said no! We drove the hour back up there just for them to tell us its our fault for buying the truck and they wont do anything and if we wanted to sell it back to them they would only give us maybe half of what we spent 2 weeks ago. thought long and hard if I wanted to post a review on our experience. The longer our daughter's car is in the shop the more I know I need to. We recently moved to the area at the end of July. My daughter was in the market for a new to her vehicle since she was rear ended at our last duty station. We saw a few cars she was interested in on the Facebook market place and made the trip down to check them out. After several test drives of a few cars she found the one she wanted. The check oil light came on and I asked the owner if he was going to do an oil change prior to purchase. (thinking he would since they have a shop at this location) He informed me he would not be doing an oil change. Ok no biggie, we can go to Walmart the next day. We looked over the car, did a car fax, saw things that was replaced per car fax. The owner stated he gets cars from auctions, mostly repos and he's up front and honest. I know, we have the right to bring our own mechanic to look at cars. We have only been in Arkansas for a few days now at this point and he seemed like an honest person and we just took his word and the car fax report and trusted. My daughter did pay for the extra warranty. All in was right under 10k. We took her car to get an oil change and the mechanic said the filter was busted in three different places. Within the first week of our daughter driving the car, it turned off on her while she was driving it. We called the insurance to have the car towed to the closest mechanic. I called the owner to let him know what was going on and he redirected me to the warranty people. The dealership said they would like our permission to do additional testing which would cost an additional $700. I said no, paid for the original diagnostic testing and had the car towed to a mechanic a lot of people recommended. I had that mechanic do another diagnostic testing and had my father on the phone so he can go over findings with us. We all agreed on the services that need to be done and the warranty company was going to pick up a small portion as the bill was going to be over 3k. As the new mechanic was starting to work on the car, they noticed after the head was pulled off, that there is scoring on the intake camshaft and on the head itself. He is contacting our warranty company so hopefully they will cover this damage as it is an expensive item to repair as it will need a new head and various parts, and an intake camshaft. The car is still in the shop as the warranty company will not cover any additional items. BUYERS BEWARE! I know next time to take a mechanic with me. My daughter is bummed as this is her first purchase as an adult and may have to sell it to purchase yet another car. She won't get close to what she paid for it at all. read more

Was told it was sitting for "a few weeks" but should run fine. It was running when we showed up to test drive, and we were told not to turn it off yet as it may not come back on, in hindsight that should have been the first sign. We take it on a test drive, it runs fine, but the electrical stuff inside doesn't work: doors dont lock, radio doesnt work, windows only work from the drivers door. I take it home, tire light comes on. i take it the next day to air up and it's fine. i try to start it again the next day and it won't start. i change the battery that night and it's fine. try it again this morning, nothing. They sold me a car that drains the batteries and doesn't work and made it seem like the radio was the only problem. now i'm looking at weeks to months of not having a car to get problems we weren't told about fixed. read more

I went to meineke an hour after I bought and they said the transmissoon needed completely replaced. I tried to call them and they wouldn't even call back , 3 days later I recieved a text message they would not let me trade in and pay the difference on another car or take the car back.
