Long story short, we went to another store and start to head home when we were pulled over by the police on the coldest day of the year they made us get out of our vehicle on the side of the road while they search for stolen jackets in our vehicle, which they found nothing. We asked the officer who made the statement that we shoplift a bunch of jackets and they said that we have to talk to the management cause they made the call and reported it. So ever since then we refuse to shop there, I gave it to the management that 2020 was a hard and difficult time to shop in stores, but you shouldn't racially profile people and put them in groups just because they're the same race do better.

This is the reply I got: "I know that you are looking to be spiteful with this e-mail. If you want to be self -satisfied that that you are depriving a business of revenue because that business does not take the overpriced card that you prefer to use.  A card with charges 2.5 times industry standard.  If so please do not read further. I am afraid your math is deeply flawed.  The jag in question is made by us.  Every reseller of the jag purchased the jag from us.  The reseller took a huge hit selling the jag on Amazon and paying both Amazon and Amex a cut of the sale.  They paid us a cut first when they bought the Jag from us. The work was beautiful on the color of the case hardened work....however the receiver showed definite signs of having been sanded. Turnbull, when informed of this, explained that they chemically strip the factory blueing and case harden the parts...I would have "hoped" they would polish out the surface before the final case hardening.. I don't see this in my factory Marlin rifles. They did offer to refund my investment. If you are considering a purchase, you might want to ask about this issue.
