In closing, I took his business card and contact number and requested he do yearly maintenance on the dryer like I have my HVAC tech on my AC. Definitely I will refer him and see him next year. Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad! You've earned a customer for life, and I'll absolutely be recommending you and your company to my friends and family.

We were having problems with our GE French Door Refrigerator/Freezer Model GSS25IYNPHFS. I had already had one local repairman from Cooper City come in and he took apart the ice maker, said water flow was too strong to the unit, added some silver tape, put it back and charged us and said give it a week and call back if it was the same. Well, in 2 days it was the same and I called back but after making an appointment and missing it and never called back. The guy didn't know what he was doing. So, I looked up reviews in Yelp and saw that IFixExpress had numerous excellent reviews I called to schedule a visit. Andrew, the owner, answered the call. I explained the situation. He made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and began to work. He checked to ensure there was not warm air getting into the freezer from seals or the ice dispenser door. All was good. He then systematically check out all other possibilities and discovered that the Defrost Thermostat was working but instead of turning on and off as designed it was working continuously which was creating our problems. He had the part in his truck, replaced it, put all the parts he removed to get to it, cleaned up and charged a reasonable amount for the visit, part, and labor. From theat point forward, no more frost, water inside the freezer, and ice that freezes together in large chunks. We are very happy with IFixExpress and Andrew. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and charged a very reasonable price. Will call them again for any appliance issues we have.

In the end the dishwasher is working good and the price was not cheap but much better than buying a new dishwasher. The two men showed up on time and worked hard to find a solution to the problem.
