An expert licensed appliance installer, and a true professional! I needed to change my dishwasher and oven, and I knew Home Depot would only do standard installs, and I had anything but that. An old drop in oven with a cut out not meant for any modern ranges I could find, and a dead power circuit for and old hard-wired dishwasher. So I searched on Yelp, and a few responded, one giving me a price without even looking at what needed to be done. Chris was the only one who, for a very small fee, actually asked to come and take a look at my situation before quoting me a price. The guy knows all about appliances, the differences between how different brands are hooked up, etc. Even with all the work that needed to be done (a three hour job), and the surprise of a dead dishwasher circuit, Chris was able to improvise and made it all work so well. My kitchen looks amazing, and before leaving Chris and his colleague cleaned up the kitchen, and made sure the appliances worked as intended. We had a fantastic experience with AIE. I had to arrange the replacement of a very old oven / micro, remotely for my older patents. Dealing with Chris only by phone was a breeze as his communication, punctuality and commitment to his profession was top notch. He came on site and made a great recommendation for improvement which included having a custom insert built from a cabinet maker he worked with. Would give 10 stars if that was an option. Just had these guys at the house to install a oven/micro combo wall unit. Awesome job. Very professional. They surprised me with 2 bonuses. 1st, they hauled away my old unit. I didn't expect that. 2nd, the original unit was built in such a way, that Chris had to climb on top of our cabinet, and shimmy down the back side in order to disconnect the old unit. He's not a small guy, but he did it. They did any extremely thorough job, and a full cleanup afterwards. Even though the extra work (having to climb over cabinets, and shimmy into cracks) cost them more time, they did not charge me more. If you have an install, use these guys. read more
