We tried several ways to clean the mess and using many special products without any success in doing so. First time using cleaners...first time for a move out cleaning too. I honestly had no idea what to expect or what was even really offered. I just knew I wanted an easy move, less stress and a positive experience. Kirei was the 1st company to get back to me. Quickly. That makes a difference! First impressions are everything. The cost for what I received was outstanding- attentiveness, quick response time, updates, check ins and a happy team of staff to boot. Since this was a move out clean, I wanted to leave the suite in the best shape possible. It's an older basement suite so there is only so much that can be done...but they somehow did more than I thought possible. My landlords were so impressed they asked the name of the company and as soon as I am more unpacked in my new place, I'll be calling on this team again. I hired them for a second clean after the previous tenants had cleaned and moved out so house was already in good shape. The cleaners arrived 45 minutes late and left without completing the job as new tenants arrived on time to move in. Then they charged me a full two hours of cleaning when they were there for 1 hour and 45 minutes because of their tardiness. It's not much money (around $20 extra) so I paid it, but its dishonest. One cleaner was on the phone and texting part of the time so that didn't help. The surface cleaning itself was spotty as they got some parts and not others (ie there were still cobwebs around lighting fixtures), probably because they were so rushed. If they weren't so late and I had 15 more minutes to point out dirty spots, that would have been perfect. Considering the house was already clean and I only wanted them to do touch ups, they failed to do that. Their dishonesty will prevent me from using them again. After posting this the company contacted me to try to rectify the situation. I'm now only paying for the time they spent at my house (1 hour and 45 minutes). This is the six or seventh time I have been enjoying Kirei services and I'm as usual very pleased This time it was after a long time of no serious service as my spouse and I were not able to take care of these essentials We had a two ladies team that came right on time when promised and took over a large 5 bedroom house with 3 kids that looked like a war zone Within few hours the place had a new look to it great smell and was amazingly clean. I booked Kirei cleaning without knowing them, a friend of mine told me "you should look at yelp.ca, they have good services", thus I looked at yelp and I picked very first result and phone them, I thought "mmm they might be very busy, they might doesn't want to come a clean my move out 1-BR apartment" the phone rang maybe twice and a very gentile voice at the other end picked up the phone, At the very beginning I felt like I was dialing the wrong number because that was very professional, then I start panicking "Oh my goodness this will be very expensive", I explained the gentleman at the phone what was my need: A move-out cleaning for a 1-BR apartment. When he told me the full price I thought maybe they will add something extra the service's day" because the price was soo good! The day of the service, they were very punctual, their presentation was so professional, The service was beyond my expectations. They cleaned out the kitchen like their own house, they really knew what to do! I only needed to seat back and relax. When I paid, I was expecting a higher bill than they quoted, but for my surprise, the price was the quoted one. Then I told the if Credit Card payment was ok, the Gentleman took his iPhone and process my credit card right there in front of my eyes. no additional charges but the final bill. The cleaning, reliability, and professionalism has all declined over the past year to the point where we have stopped using them and have hired a new company. We also couldn't handle the damage done to our home from careless work any longer. Kirei helped us out a thing short notice to remove a concentrated laundry detergent stain from a seniors co-op building. It looked as if it had come out, but parts reemerged. We had been warned that these stains are particularly hard to remove, so when I reported the stain again to Kirei, they quickly came and re-did the area and it now looks great. Negative : I saw such great reviews and had booked them for this last friday for my 3bhk. I was sent 2 people, but communication was an issue with them. I asked them if I can give them the list of tasks that we are especially looking to get cleaned, but they replied with a no. I was under the impression that they might be aware of the basics atleast and would do a nice job.. It was NOT PROFESSIONAL in the least. I could go into more details but it would just be more disappointment pouring out. The Kirei Team completed a "move in" clean on a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for our growing family. The carpets were a big concern, as my 5 month old will be crawling soon and the carpets in our new unit are quite old. They did a fantastic job, thoroughly cleaning them and the appliances too. After reading all of the positive reviews I thought I'd give them a try and I was not disappointed! I use them now as my regular service for my home. Julio always gets me an appointment that accommodates my schedule. The ladies that come to my home are always very sweet and do anything extra that I ask. The whole process was really smooth and they communicate by text (after the initial phone conversation) so you have the details in writing so it's easy to refer back. They man I dealt with (Julio) was very polite. They gave me precise times they'd start and finish, but also called before they arrived so it was easy to coordinate. Julio and his crew are fantastic and VERY reasonable. I booked a move-out clean for my 750-square-foot condo: two cleaners for THREE hours and the fee was only $180! I added interior appliance cleaning for an extra $30. Claudia and Marjory did a fantastic job: including windows and floors!! After I booked the appointment, Julio checked back with me several times and confirmed well in advance. Claudia and Marjory arrived on time, and were very professional. They managed their time very well--when we arrived back at the condo after three hours, they were just finishing up and asked us to inspect their work, which was perfect! My daughter had been living in the same condo for about a year and had a terrible experience with a different cleaning company that charged $270 for only TWO hours (two cleaners), and did not do windows, floors, or the interior of appliances.
