    Outlet Mall location - this seemed just like every other Kirkland's store I have ever been in - same selections, same pricing...

We whent back to the store & trying to talk to Manager, who we were not able to speak to him, never there. A sales representative stated he would talk to the manage, never returned our call. We were willing to pay more if necessary for a firm mattress & return the mattress we did not order. to no avail. " not a happy customer, we were looking to buy another chair there. Not happening there. Watch out for a possible bait & switch, not sure, could have been a mistake, that could have been rectified. Unhappy Customer

It has taken over 8 weeks to get most of our items in. Of course there are no refunds allowed so if you purchase something from them you are "SOL" if things go wrong for you. On their first delivery "attempt" - they were missing pieces to put a bed together. They were supposed to come back out & put it together & never showed up. That one piece took 3 more weeks to come in & we had to go back & ask for it several times. We were finally able to pick it up after 3 weeks and take it home & put the bed together ourselves. They delivered a recliner without the feet installed on it, just left it sitting on the floor. The delivery guys were rude & carless during the deliveries. The chest of drawers came in at 8 weeks & when they delivered it, it was terribly damaged. They promised to get another one out to us the following week. It has been two more weeks and we still do not have it. We stopped by one more time this past Saturday to see what was going on & try to get our furniture & they promised to deliver it yesterday, (Wednesday, 5/11/2022). They were a complete NO SHOW NO CALL... We have been patient & polite. I am fed up - angry at this entire situation and when I finally got someone on the phone today I let him know what a terrible experience this has been and his response to that was to tell me that I was not worth the $200 profit that they were earning on the one piece of furniture we are missing. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

    I have several trips coming up and was looking for a few items to add to my suitcase. There were…read moretwo that caught my eye. However, I wasn't sure they would match what I planned to wear them with at home. I purchased the two items and took them home to discover that the colors were not quite right. Thankfully, I had my receipt and the tags were still attached, as I hadn't even tried the items on. A few days later, I returned to make my return. The cashier scanned the receipt and the items. She then told me that she could only issue a gift card. I told her that the return policy on my receipt says I have 30 days to receive my original tender. She agreed with the policy but said the computer wouldn't give her any other options. I asked if she could request a manager to assist. She obliged. After waiting about 15 seconds, she told me the manager wasn't coming and that I could only get a gift card. Again, I said that isn't the policy for tagged, unworn items with a receipt and returned within 30 days. I told her I was OK with waiting for the manager to assist us. The cashier then told me that the manager left the building and was on break eating breakfast. I asked who else could she call to assist us. She hesitated, but paged for help again. While we were waiting for assistance, she repeated that I was only going to get a gift card and there is nothing else that can be done. I simply replied that I'd like to ask a manager why. She repeated that the only option is a gift card and that no manager was available. The manager arrived and greeted me and the cashier. She took a quick glance at the receipt and told me that she can refund the purchase to the original tender. I told her that's exactly what I'd like. She then told the cashier that she hadn't pressed the credit button on the register. The manager completed my return in 10 seconds. The cashier was insistent on her incorrect information and tried to discourage me from waiting for a manager by insisting that a gift card was the only option, when actually she had not tapped the proper button to help me. She did not apologize after she was corrected and turned a 10 second transaction into a 10 minute one.

    This Burlington is brand new, clean, and organized. The building is big and spacious. Plenty of…read moreparking. Just like most Burlington stores, this one is underrated. It's like a TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Home Goods combined in one factory, but cheaper! At my most recent visit, I saw brand names such as Coach, Nine West, Steve Madden, and more. They have a huge selection of shoes, bags, clothes, accessories, pet supplies, toys, and home goods. They also have some furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back!
