Love bath & body, however ordering online can be a nightmare if there is a problem. Today I received my box of about 7 foaming soaps in a boxed that was soaked because one of them opened up and soap was on all the bottles. I called customer service and waited online 35 mins. The woman was nice but by the time she asked me all the questions, put me on hold and got back to me it was another 25 mins. To have one bottle replaced. The aggravation of wait and hold I had wished I never called. Poor customer service. E mail would be easier. read more

Sooo many choices out there for soaps, candles, lotions, etc, and this is one of my favs. I could be in there for hours just smelling and testing all their products. Problem is, I usually way overbuy and then never can get through it all. My daughter has recently found an affinity for this shop, so she's obsessing over all this store has to offer. And don't think it's just for the ladies. Men, you can get your fix, too. They have different lotions and soaps, etc for the guys as well. Clearly, not a man-dominated store, but you can definitely browse as well if you're going. I don't like to buy anything unless it's on sale. They do from time to time mail out some coupons. We went over the weekend, and I was just inundated with people and products. So even though you think you're only going to spend X amount, more than likely you will go above that, even with the sale prices. Usually they will get you with stuff like 5 for $6 or 3 for $15 or something like that, so it forces you to spend more. I definitely went above what I had planned when I walked in, but it's just one of those places you can't help but overbuy. Or maybe you can, and I just have poor self control. It's a great place to grab a gift for yourself or someone else, too. Three wick candles are $10 right now for the holiday season. Take advantage but beware. Lots of selection in this small store! I would say this store seems a little more condensed than other B&BW but similar selection. I only shop BBW when there is a sale, and i do have to acknowledge this location does a pretty decent job with the madness. I've never waited in line too long despite how crowded the store is. Alyssa and Sandy are super sweet employees. I did have a bad first experience at this location with one of their regular employees (I don't know her name) so my four star rating is now three stars for my first visit. I didn't appreciate how the employee raised her voice when she saw I had headphones in. Clearly, I wasn't looking for assistance. She should've just moved on to the next shopper rather than raise her voice and repeat herself. I heard ya bro, I just wanted you to leave me alone. Another note, which is not entirely the store's fault but more so overall BBW--stop being so stupidly exclusive with your coupons. I seriously shop here only twice a year now because it's almost impossible to find a coupon. read more

I stopped in the store this weekend to pickup body wash and didn't realize there was a huge candle sale going on...that was my first mistake. I don't really like candles so I tried my best to stay out of everyone else's way. It was very overwhelming. When I was done getting what I needed I got in line to pay for the items. There was only one line and it went back to the door. This part wasn't a big deal. When you got closer to one of the 4 registers there was someone there to direct people to a cashier so that each line stayed as close to balanced as it could. Still not a big deal but after that things got a little ridiculous. There was another young lady standing in front of the counter (instructed by her manager) to pull people from each line and have them go to the next open cashier. This was setting people off. You're about to walk up to your cashier when the young lady pulls someone that is the first person in their line and have them go in front of you because now your cashier is open and theirs isn't. I did my best to be as polite as possible and I asked the young lady when I was about to walk up to the cashier why she let the man(who came after me) from the line next to me go in front of me to the cashier? She said her manager told her to go down the line and pull the first person in each line and have them go to the open cashier (regardless if you were the next person in your line with the open cashier). Ok, so I let it go. Then when the man was done she did it again! Now the lady behind me was already upset but she decided to get a bit loud and tell the young lady how she felt. Shortly after I got to the cashier that I was directed to I hear all of the cashiers going awww, you people need to calm down! I guess another customer must have said something to the young lady that mad her cry or she was very overwhelmed with the reaction she was getting when she had other customers go in front of people in line. The stupid thing about it is that-that kind of system only works when you have one or two lines and three or more cashiers. If you have four cashiers and four lines it's not necessary. If a cashier is slower then another have someone come over and help the cashier or switch them out with someone faster to keep the line moving as fast as possible. read more
