They…read morechanged their pricing structure and the prices are now so outrageous , that the shelves and racks are now filled with items that haven't sold in over 120 days. Items that sell for $20 at other thrift stores are $100 . Clothing that sells for $2 elsewhere is $25. After 90 days , they discount some of the items by 40% , which means they are still overpriced. I noticed many items had the tags blacked out to remove the discount. We spent more than an hour and could not justify making a purchase . I won't return.

Shipments are received weekly so you'll always find new items. They're always pushing inventory onto the floor so nothing is stocked in the back. If you see something you like, you better grab it because chances are it won't be there the next time nor will it be restocked! This store is a combo store so they are connected to TJ Maxx. Purchases for both stores can be rung up together. For bigger items such as furniture, rugs, and paintings, these items can be held at the front while you continue to shop. Just ask an associate for assistance. They have a cool help button in that section now so you don't have to flag someone down. Again, snag these up items when you see them, because they could be gone by the time you come back after browsing. You can find items for every room in your home, from living room furniture to bedding and bath and all the kitchen things! I love to cook so that's my favorite section. They even have little sections for pets, kids, storage, office accessories, and gourmet foods as well. It's pretty neat finding unique items for the home under one roof. I've spotted brand names like Mikasa, T-Fal, and even All-Clad in the kitchen section. Ralph Lauren, Nautica, and Eddie Bauer in the bedding section. Ghiradelli chocolates and specialty treats. Kate Spade picture frames and Rae Dunn everywhere! I'm a new fan of this brand! They have everything from kitchenware, to pet dishes, to Christmas ornaments. Speaking of Christmas, they have everything! Wreaths, figurines, trees, stockings, candles, throws, cards, gift boxes, pillows, and anything else you may need! It is so hard not breaking my bank account every time I walk in. There is always something new to oooh and ahhh about. I could spend hours in here. Parking can be challenging on the weekends as it is located in the busy Presidio Town Crossing shopping center. There are some parking on the side between HomeGoods and Old Navy but even that is limited. The checkout line can also be long on the weekends, but I understand some purchases require a little extra care...ie wrapping fragile ceramics. Be patient people! So many gripes and eyes rolling from fellow customers. Customer service is great. There are always associates walking around. The store is generally neat and organized. It's not easy keeping it in tip top shape with so many customers coming in and out. I've been coming here almost weekly and even though I love it, I may need an intervention soon :)

I also appreciate that they market themselves as a "Mercantile" and not an "antique store," as many "antique stores" sell a bunch of non-antiques which is frustrating, so I'm grateful for the straightforward and clear marketing! I found a couple of darling things for good prices that I'm very excited for, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see several staff members roaming the store, with one kind woman offering to hold our items up front while we shop! So we found a beautiful smock blouse, long and floaty in a nice bright red and we brought it up to the counter. It was $160 plus with tax and all the girl did was wad up in a ball and stuff in a bag , but she even had to ask if we wanted a bag. Really these people don't care about what they're selling behind the counter I was appalled Do we want a bag? Did you think we were gonna wear it out? And what of the merchants there wouldn't they appreciate having their stock treated a little bit better with a little bit more respect.?

Thankfully I at least found a book I didn't already have. The staff was very friendly and the store seemed clean and organized. I was in-and-out in probably fifteen minutes or less. Don't pass up on an opportunity to shop here. One of the best Goodwill stores in the metroplex.

She told me she could not sell the product, because the tags are wrong on them. She also told me that people are changing tags. I told her I don't have anything too do with other customers. She told me they keep an eye on they one that keep doing it. I would have to come back next week ,to buy them because they must fix the tags. She acked like I changed the tags. I kidly explain to her I have not changed any tags. She told me I never said u did. I told her nicely I wanted to make sure that she knew that. Please understand that the Spanish customers can go changed tags on Goodwill products and mangers never say anying to them. They can ask the manager can u lower the price. The manger of thier color will .I am not the only costumer that have seen this. Other race can ask the Spanish mangers at this store can, they lower the price on a product that is broken or damaged. They will say we can't its against our store policy. If That is very wrong and not fair to me.I ask her are u saying I was changing tags. She tells me no and I never said that. I called the store later and ask for my money. She said u can't come back to the store. I am very sick of all of the Race discrimination. It's not my fault she doesn't like black people. I would give my last breath for them. What I don't understand is why can the manager see thier on race take of price tags off Goodwill products ,and it has not been taken to the cashier to be paid for. The Spanish customers are walking around with the price tag that should be on product .So other customers can not pick it up and buy it. The Spanish customers taking the tags up and pay for it later .Let any other race do that and they will be kicked out the store or the Police Department will be called on them.Some of the employees at this location told me this year in 2026 that mangers forc them to have thier friends and family members to write good reviews on this store. If the employees don't do it thier work ours will be cut low.One of the female employees that work here at this location told some of the customer, that mangers only care about thier yearly work bonus and not theWhitePEOPLE ,or Black People. As well they are made to work off the clock sometimes and they don't always get thier lunch breaks the employee told us. Some of us that are customers was told by an employee at this store, if they didn't show afavors for Spanish people and thier manager family they could lose thier job or work ours cut low.Prices are being made cheaper for a lot of the Spanish customers. I do know that mangers thier are big bully to other race. If u call the corporate office they will always take up for thier store mangers. When customers speak out on mangers at this location the mangers will tell u don't come back to the store location or they will call the police on u. One of the mangers here told me stupid White people and Black people should get out of the USA and she hate ICE!!!!She told me the Spanish People are going to work with the Muslim people and take American back.The Spanish will take the USA from the Muslim People in the long run.She told me Trump should be shipped with all the White People and Black people. Because they have destroyed the Spanish people country and land.This is was thier land befor the White PEOPLE took it from the Spanish race.
