I despise shopping. I was forced to go into Kirkland's because the other 2 people I was with wanted to go inside. I figured it was just gonna be another over priced decoration store like Peir 1, however this place smells really nice and the prices actually seem affordable. They had some sales going on too and their clearance section is actually pretty decent. I am usually the one in charge of decorating the house and refuse to buy anything full price or outlandishly expensive, so I usually go to the thrift store, Walmart, or make something. Honestly if I am specifically looking for a decoration I would come back to this store, because I've never seen a store that has this type of stuff in it that was affordable. Keep them sales going Kirkland's. I love me a sale. read more

This store first of all has great displays but the aroma is overwhelming. I'm not saying it stinks but the smell is for sure strong. The selection was great, but I can't speak for if they had any large prices in stock. The employees were all friendly although none went out of their way to welcome my group. The bathroom was nice here but seemed to double for storage. I really adore the pieces they have here, very farmhouse style. They are always running a deal and do also offer military discount. read more

Terrible quality, white wicker rocker. Junk, it broke along a join where factory had glued this piece of paper posing as a chair first time chair was used. They will not replace it. Do NOT buy furniture from this con of a store. read more

I've been to several Kirkland's around the country and this location stands out - but not in a good way. Zero customer service when you walk in the door. Zero acknowledgement of your existence. OK, I like to browse on my own. Found something of interest, walked up to the counter to check out. Two women behind the counter - both avoided eye contact and continued pretending to create displays. After a few "excuse me"s and "is this where I check out?" I FINALLY was acknowledged... with a curt "Over there" accompanied by a chin point. Then she literally picked up a lamp, some silk flowers, turned her back to me and continued to play with the florals along the back wall of the checkout area. I'd had enough by this point and said "Oh that makes so much sense. Literally turn your back on a paying customer...because that inanimate object needs urgent attention." She then proceeded to posit an argument and the exchange grew in fervor from there. She vehemently defended her decision to place making floral arrangements over engaging in anything remotely resembling customer service. So I left my purchase on the counter and walked out. What's particularly disturbing is that moments before I did so, another woman had done the same. And on my way out the door, my friend warned a woman who was walking in "Watch out, the staff here is really rude"... only to get the response "I know. I'm used to it. They're always that way." WHAT???? We saw the woman who'd left her purchase on the counter about 20 minutes later - in the At Home store down the road. Save yourself the time and aggravation... just go straight to At Home and skip a trip to this Kirkland's. read more

This is my second time coming into this store & had the same experience as the last time. I was wandering around looking at curtains. First when you walk in I like to be greeted and was never spoke to. I stood over by the curtains for at least 20-25 min because I was looking for a certain curtain on display that I could never find & never had anyone offer to help. I would rather pay the extra in gas & go to Oglethorpe Mall were the customer service is superb & actually speak to their customers. read more
