Wow! At Home is a new store located right past Tanger Outlets. It is basically a warehouse filled to the brim with any kind of home decor you can imagine. I'm not going to lie, it's slightly overwhelming when you first walk in. They have aisles and aisles of candles, mirrors, pillows, picture frames, artwork, etc. They also carry furniture and seasonal items. If you're looking for any kind of home goods, this is your place! The prices here are pretty reasonable, and their items seem to be good quality. Having just moved, I was ecstatic to browse around the store. I spent a whole hour here, and I don't feel like I even saw everything- I'm telling you: this place is HUGE! I found a beautiful mirror to hang above my mantle and some neat little decorations for my new place. I love that they have a huge seasonal section as well. Right now, almost half of the store is stocked with Christmas items. I saw a sign that said they had over 200 kinds of wreaths! You can definitely spend some time and money here. The only negative was that it took some time to check out, and I think they need to revamp the check-out process. But other than that, it was a fun shopping experience! read more

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! From first visit to the appliance that is leaking gas in our kitchen for months. Had plumber(s) plus gas company come out. Kitchen lit up with gas smell- they offer nothing???????????? Maybe my attorney can help- not lawful to sell faulty appliances. read more

I want to love this store, because it's close, and because of its selection, that's why this review gets 3 stars. Staff is minimal, and those I've met are not helpful and not friendly. I used to really love this store but I went in search of a new loveseat last night and walked out empty handed. I found one that I absolutely loved and an employee promptly yelled at me for sitting on their display- which I was about to purchase until her little tantrum. Why do you have the furniture set up if customers aren't allowed to touch it or try it before buying? How ridiculous. I decided if I was going to buy a couch without sitting on it I'd go with Amazon. Saved me about $75 and got a much nicer couch! read more

I've been wanting to write this review since I moved here a few months ago. This store is fantastic however like many have said it has its down sides. The furniture is very cheaply made and the price does not reflect that at all. That's the case with a lot of their items oddly enough. You think you're getting a good deal until you use the item only to find out it was a waste. Ergo the sheets and pillow cases I purchased, I wanted 100% cotton and couldn't find it so settled on a basic sheet set. First wash and it instantly cut the value in half. I also do not believe this is a discount store such as Home Goods or TJ Max but instead the Walmart of home decor? Customer service wise, they never have anyone on the floor to help if you have questions and if you happen to find one they aren't very happy to help. Store itself is clean and has nice bathrooms, a large selection of products, and a huge parking lot. Overall if you're looking for a quick fix and want 30 different color options this is your place. If you want quality items that are going to last you may want to keep looking. read more

I bought my home April 4th. Spent OVER $3000 at your Pooler location! One question! WHY is your checkout time 48mins MINIMUM??? There's NEVER more than 2 cashier's, but most of the time there's ONE! EVERYONE in line is complaining!!! When I say something to the cashier, she's always like Oh Well. Shes making her hourly pay! Not her problem attitude! I can honestly say that 'Home Goods" is across the street, & ALWAYS full of friendly cashiers! That's where I'll spend my next $3000 plus!! Y'all losing more business than you think! Have a nice day! I have visited this location 3 or 4 times since it has opened, and the only problem I have ever had was waiting in line (way longer than someone would expect - worse than Walmart at midnight long. Those of you who Walmart know what I am talking about.) one evening. From my observation, even when they have 3 or 4 cashiers running, the reason they seem to be slow moving is because the cashiers are busy offering all their new customers credit cards and rewards program offers. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about. They have a huge selection, prices have been fair for what we have purchased, and my 2 year old son loves running thru the long hallways. Not sure why the one reviewer would drop this store a 1-star based only on his wait at the counter. He obviously found something he liked very much if he stood there and waited. read more

Shame on this store. Its like a petri dish. Starting with so few shoppers with face masks, the store itself is just dangerous. There are no clearly marked isles, there is no spacing in the line to pay, the managers and cashiers, non of them, are wearing masks. I was told that they did have plastic shields between customers and workers at the cash registers but the managers took them down. Ok, everyone gets to do what they want, I wear a mask to protect me from others but don't believe shopping in a Covid 19 hot house store is the answer Go to Hood Goods, they care about your health and its workers, and it shows read more

If there was a -1 star , that would be my rating for this store. I found an outdoor barstool on clearance online, and the manager would not match the price from their own website. Her response was that even though the chairs were identical , there was a different manufacturer. Totally false advertising. The manager did not ofer to help us further to locate the item and pretty much brushed us off. I would never shop there again. read more

Have been here several times and the customer service is awful. If you have question, and actually find a person on the floor to ask, they are always rude and curt. It's as if you are bothering them.
