Speech goes above and beyond each and every session. Ms. Letty the speech language pathologist assistant is fun and bubbly and always puts a smile on my son's face. Occupational therapy is great as well! Mrs. Jasmine the occupational therapist works hard every single day. After working two locations she's still extremely patient and adaptive to my son. If he wants to be jumping on the trampoline then she's bringing everything for their session into the trampoline. With his difficult behaviors- I get to sit and be present during sessions (when he's not being cooperative) or I can sit in the waiting room. Everyone works hard to provide the best services for my child. I'll admit, having an autistic kid (among many other medical conditions) isn't the easiest job in the world, and can be overwhelming at times but these therapist can handle difficult kids and situations as if they've done it all the time. We were referred due to my son having severe developmental delays, but after coming to TRS-within 6 months my son has had incredible growth. He still has a long way to go but with these therapist there's no doubt in my mind that he won't get there. I love this place, a big thank you to Anne, Asrani, Bryan, and Kim- they are absolutely amazing people. We're happy to be here receiving their services!

Yesterday I went in for nausea ( couldn't stand) and vomiting). The nurses and doctor were very attentive. The neurologist was telemedicine asked pointed questions, did a neuro exam and with the help of the nurse I got up and walked ( I was leaning to one side). I had a CT of the head and radiology tech explained everything including the odd feeling with the contrast i would be receiving. I was admitted to Christus Santa Rosa hospital for further testing. I will always go to this ER because of the wonderful care I received.

He's very personable and knows how to treat his patients. The girls up front are amazing and work well together. I have been to so many medical appointments and everyone is so mechanical. The optometrist…read morecenter makes it seem as though you are required to either take pictures of your eyes for $39 or have your eyes dilated for part of the exam. They will tell you without the pictures you will need to get dilated which will effect your vision for 6-8 hours. They fail to tell you that these are optional and not required making it seem like it is mandatory. They are trying to scam you out of money by making it seem you are required to get one or the other when you are not required to do either. Go to America's Best or somewhere else that is honest with their patients.

He fell several times and if wasn't for his roommate being able to ask for help who knows how long he would be in the floor. My dad was there for 5 days and they never took him to bathe/shower. My family would clean him up in the sink and use wipes. When I asked if they could shower him they said oh yes tomorrow is his day and I came the next day nope no shower still in the same clothes. He was at this facility to get stronger so he could show himself. We ended up taking him out after 5 days because they didn't do anything with him or take care of him. One night he fell bad hit his face and they called to let us know but it wasn't that bad. We asked should we take him to the ER they said no it fine. Went first thing in the morning not only did he get a swollen black eye he did need stitches. That was the last straw pulled him out that day.

My…read morefather has been there for rehab for months, and although some of the PT staff has been friendly, the "nursing" staff can only be described as inadequate, incompetent, rude, dismissive, and incapable. We have begged for pain meds to be given HOURS past their doctor assigned times. After my father made no sense for three days, we insisted that he had a UTI. We finally took an at-home test for him because they refused-stating FROM HIS NURSE, Lynette, that they "haven't noticed ANY signs". Now that we shared the results that he DOES, in fact, have a UTI.... We were told no doctor was available. I could go on and on. I won't even bother to share the story of how a nurse told my mother to be "more patient because she was with other patients" sharply along with several other rude comments made by YoYo. This was after waiting 2.5 hours for pain meds for my father. Ugh. Bed sores are the worst I've ever seen. This place is a JOKE ZERO STARS - we were warned not to go here by a hospital staff , but our hands were tied because it's the only place my mother could drive to safely
