Before working with Kirsten, I was not open to the concept of "life-coaching". Being in the Fitness business myself, I was very skeptical of other professionals. I worked with Kirsten after struggling with target panic in archery. The target panic had gotten so bad that I nearly quit the sport. I worked with Kirsten in several sessions to uncover some of the deeper roots of my panic, then worked independently with the visualization recordings Kirsten had created for me. I competed in my first competition recently, since the target panic had began, and scored the highest I ever had. There were definitely still some nervous shots here and there, but this has been such a HUGE improvement for me. Where to start?! My experience working with Kirsten was invaluable. After researching some life coaches without much success, I stumbled upon Kirsten. I emailed and she responded back quickly with a phone call. Within moments during our call I knew should would be a great fit. She was direct and understanding and it was clear she wants the best for her clients. I booked 6 sessions, which at the time didn't seem like enough, but each session covered so much ground ,and in between sessions I had time to do "homework" and put into action everything we had worked on. The thing I love about Kirsten, is how flexible she is. She creates a safe place to explore and has so many different exercises, concepts, techniques, etc in her pocket that really allows you to uncover what you need to be successful. I booked a regression hypnotherapy session with Kirsten a couple of weeks ago. I went to her because she is both a coach and a hypnotherapist and skilled at moving insights from the unconscious mind to make them practical in the real world. My primary interest was to help me to focus on my life purpose and how my business fit into that and we definitely achieved that goal. It was the first time I had ever experienced an hypnotherapy session and she made it seamless and comfortable. She took the time to explain all about hypnotherapy, answered all my questions, and reassured me that I would be kept comfortable throughout the session. She also left ample time at the end of the session to integrate what we had discovered. The office is very nice and feels very homey and protected. Kirsten is clearly very professional and was both good at leading the session and also giving me enough space to do my own exploration.
