Before working with Kirsten, I was not open to the concept of "life-coaching". Being in the Fitness business myself, I was very skeptical of other professionals. I worked with Kirsten after struggling with target panic in archery. The target panic had gotten so bad that I nearly quit the sport. I worked with Kirsten in several sessions to uncover some of the deeper roots of my panic, then worked independently with the visualization recordings Kirsten had created for me. I competed in my first competition recently, since the target panic had began, and scored the highest I ever had. There were definitely still some nervous shots here and there, but this has been such a HUGE improvement for me. Where to start?! My experience working with Kirsten was invaluable. After researching some life coaches without much success, I stumbled upon Kirsten. I emailed and she responded back quickly with a phone call. Within moments during our call I knew should would be a great fit. She was direct and understanding and it was clear she wants the best for her clients. I booked 6 sessions, which at the time didn't seem like enough, but each session covered so much ground ,and in between sessions I had time to do "homework" and put into action everything we had worked on. The thing I love about Kirsten, is how flexible she is. She creates a safe place to explore and has so many different exercises, concepts, techniques, etc in her pocket that really allows you to uncover what you need to be successful.
