Absolutely love this establishment. Spoke to the manager Joe and owner who helped me put together a great package for my wife. Their staff, all females, made me feel very comfy translating my needs to their recommendations. While there are many stores in my hometown that are similar to to this store, that is only true as far as merchandise. Their customer service is bar none. Ask for Joe and Yelissa should you find yourself needing the opposite sexes opinion. Love the store an am anxious to check out their second location on Arden next time I am in town. Been a year, went back in and another positive experience, different people we working but it seemed they have had an increase in inventory in all categories. In talking to one of the staff they will be no longer be renting dvd's at the end of 2017. They will still sell dvd's just no longer rent them. This may bum some folks out but the purpose of this (according to the clerk) is to increase the size of the inventory with regards to all the other goodies they sell. Thus, in the next year Kiss n' Tell will be a funner place to visit. They didn't have one of the items I wanted but they had it at their other location, so I am going to head over their to pick it up. read more

The girls at the counter aren't creepy or weird. They seem to know a lot about the products and when they give suggestions to any questions I have. They look you in the eyes and are so serious, but comfortable serious, whatever that means. I think being able to feel comfortable as you go into a sex shop is a big deal. There's even a man who works at the counter (or there used to be) and he was fun to talk to. It has never felt creepy at all. The lingerie here is super sexy. I've bought some drop dead gorgeous outfits and I feel like they are off good quality bc I've had them for so long. Around October, they also sell Halloween costumes. I usually go to the Arden Kiss-N-Tell, but ventured out to the Fair Oaks location because Arden was out of a particular size of something I really wanted to purchase that day. Luckily the Fair Oaks store had it. The vibe of this location was slightly quieter and less warm than I'm used to... but I like the multi-room, multi-level layout, and the dedicated raver gear corner (tutus, furry boot covers, wigs and neon lingerie) made me giggle. Also this location had more lingerie brands, some of which I hadn't seen at any other local adult shops. I really liked the soundtrack playing overhead, it made me want to bust a move while shopping! Writing in regards to specific employee. This review doesn't reflect the quality of service at this location when it comes to the other workers. My girlfriend and I walked into this location to check out the store and examine items. After we found a specific item that was up on the shelf for around $45-$50, we headed to the register and were met by an employee named Rosey (could be Rozey or Rosey or Rozy). We were greeted fine and proceeded to give her the items, when all items were scanned, she requested the payment method and then proceeded to charge us and we walked out the store. Walking to the car, we realize that the receipt was a whopping $160 when our total should have been no more than $60 in addition to a couple other items. We immediately rushed into the store and confronted Rozy only to be greeted back unwelcomingly as if she knew what was about to happen. We told her the item we found on the shelf clearly says $45-$50 and that we were charged about $160 and she said "Oh yeah that item is expensive" as if she felt like it was our fault we didn't notice the price at the register when she didn't even recite the price back to us during the original transaction. We told her the item and the same item of a different color were clearly marked $45-$50 and she didn't even bother to go look at the shelf to see her own mistake and how we caught her. This whole thing felt intentional, like somehow she was benefiting her own pockets or the pockets of the store. The attitude Rozy had was just unprofessional. We couldn't handle it anymore. After everything was done, a refund was processed but we still have not received a refund yet. We went back a couple days later and were greeted by two welcoming ladies and they helped us find a route to get our money back and told us we would get a discount if we ever visited again. read more

They have tons of gag gifts and party supplies. They lack; ambiance, personalized & attentive customer services, quality items, shoes & candles, rose petals, and charm. They have; tons of cheap toys & lingerie, adult gift galore, bad light and funky atmosphere with rude attendants. Also, you have to try on anything as they have a firm return policy. The dressing room is a small closet. Be prepared to flash your DL at the door or your waiting outside like a puppy for your friend to shop w/o you. Why do I go here? Are there any other options in Sacramento (don't say Adam and Eve because they are just as bad)? This is 3 times in a row I've been over charged. The chick with all the piercings has such a stank ass attitude that it makes us want to leave as soon as we see she's here.
