She continued trying to convince me to try on the size I had already tried, even after I explained that it was uncomfortable and that I wanted to try the sizes I requested. I ended up trying on and purchasing the exact size she told me was "definitely not going to fit." It actually fit me and was the size that worked for me. That made the interaction even more frustrating because there was no reason for me to be made to feel uncomfortable or judged for asking for a different size. Employees need to work on their delivery and make sure they aren't making assumptions about customers' sizing. If a customer asks to try on a different size, there is no need to shame them or tell them it won't fit without even letting them try it. I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable during the interaction. Definitely not the customer service experience I expected, and I won't be shopping here anytime soon.
