Our first ever visit to an adult boutique and we were very happy. First things first, the store smells AMAZING! The owner was at the counter and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us one of the items we wanted to buy so we were able to tell and feel if it was what we were looking for. The store is very organized and clean and felt safe. Updated: I just received a call from the manager. They are going to price match. I appreciate the call. I still think their products are obviously overpriced which is a shame, because anyone can look online and see if prices are different elsewhere..... perhaps it's just this brand? IDK. - I was really excited this place opened. I needed a new toy. Last night I went over there and the girl working was really nice. I didn't really know what I wanted and she was super helpful. No prices are on the samples products. Just on the boxes. I chose what I wanted and the girl went back and got me a packaged one. Didn't realize the price was on the bottom of the box she handed me. I was shocked when it came to $129.99! Most expensive toy I've ever bought....... So I go home and look it up. I had never heard of the brand and wanted to see reviews as I normally look these things up before I purchase. Sure enough I found the SAME TOY for so much cheaper!!! I have found it on a ton of websites and other stores and the most expensive on I found was $79.95. I went back to the store. That is a HUGE difference in price for the exact same product! The same girl was working. She got her manager. The manager was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!! I was shocked by her attitude and lack of care. I tried to show her multiple sites showing the same exact toy, but my phone wasn't working well in the store and unfortunately the first one I showed had a different box so she claimed it was a completely different toy. BS. Absolute BS. You could have had a return customer, but after this ridiculous experience and terrible customer service by the MANAGER of all people, I will NEVER be back nor will I recommend your overpriced store to anyone. If it weren't for privacy purposes I would happily post the receipt and screenshots of the same exact thing for so much less. I totally get a $10 difference, but that much is inexcusable. read more

I'm one of those that usually does online shopping for my toys, but my bf decided last min, hey let's go here and get a new toy. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm friendly hello and I explained to Annika that I'm not usually a person into these shops. she was so friendly and didn't try to over sell anything. She answered all of our questions. Gave me a sample to try with the toy I bought :) overall had an excellent experience. I would highly suggest to try this local shop a try if you need a toy. Secrets seems more like a little clothing boutique- specializing in club/sexy clothes- with a lingerie section and an adult section added as an afterthought, rather than an outright adult store. Maybe they would have more selection but unfortunately the building is just so small. You could browse the whole shop in like 3 minutes. Maybe 4 minutes if you count the little smoke shop in the back. But what Secrets lacks in size and stock, they seem to make up for in service. The shop ladies were all very friendly and eager to help, tell me about sales, point out new arrivals and hot items, etc. There wasn't a ton of stuff that interested me but I purchased some stockings anyway, just because the staff was so nice. Consider a buidling expansion or moving to a bigger location, Secrets... I want to see what other secrets you can show me! read more

I am a frequent flyer with Secrets, for l. they have some really nice things in there but 2. the 2 girls that work the shop are so super cool & friendly. I haven't met Lily the owner yet, but have spoken to her on the phone.& she was very very nice. They would tell me about some of the neat things they had in & even make some suggestions on different ways to use them. I usually go in there at least once a week, not especially to buy anything although I always come out with something, but to say hi to the staff. I find them so so enjoyable & friendly. Absolutely 5 stars! Going into an adult shop can be a weird experience. Most of us may feel embarrassed, or like there are weird, gross people around, etc. Not at Secrets. From the outside it doesn't look like much but just park right in front and go in. It's classy!! Clean, well displayed, and the ladies who work there are just plain amazing! Not a fan. My husband an I drove by it twice before finding it. The OPEN sign wasnt on. As soon as we stepped in doors a man was sitting on counter eating, and woman flips her head around and asks "know what you're looking for" like we intruded on their conversation/lunch. Update to my 2011 review. I was recently contacted by the owner of Secrets who was not aware of the shenanigans that were going down back then. Due to personal issues, she was not at the store for some time and was entrusting the store to the employees for the time being. She wasn't even aware they were on Yelp! Her email was extremely apologetic, she felt really bad that whole fiasco happened with the groupon, and wanted me to give the store another chance. We corresponded for a bit and last night I went in. Lili is such a fabulously nice person. And the gal working for her, Anika (hope I spelled that right!) was super nice, and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I felt like lifestyles of the rich and famous the way they were catering to me. And I found out that it wasn't just because of my previous experience and trying to make up for it. They were like that with other customers as they came in during my visit. Lili was awesome helping me find something special for my guy for Valentine's day next week. I can't tell you what I bought because he's sitting right here next to me, but lemme just say....I'm pretty sure he's gonna like it!
