They spent nine hours straight combing out as much as they could to save some hair. They were kind and caring and actually a lot of fun while a part of my identity had to be cut off. Natalie was so patient and didn't give up. They did a great job and I actually feel beautiful and free now. They are incredible and I will be going back again for any hair hopefully nonemergencies but to be with such special ladies and just to get my hair done.

She knew every sort of color technique, smudge, Balayage, traditional highlights, etc. My hair was a hot mess from months of no hair appointments due to Covid and my attempt to manage it with scissors and color kits. Amy cured it all and my color and highlights are beautiful. I love the hair cut as well. Long layers and easy to manage.
