I tried the Kitanda bread, and it's crispy on the outside and doughy and cheesy on the inside. I also got a custom 10oz acai bowl with blueberries, banana, granola, and peanut butter. It was really refreshing and a yummy breakfast. The only thing was I didn't like that the blueberries were frozen. You can order on a tablet or with the staff. Nice place for breakfast, acai bowls, and coffee.

Açaí bowl - build your own

I had an overall great experience at this cafe. The cafe workers were very nice and attentive. They also brought our items to our table which was a nice touch. They had an iPad to order but because the Acai had many different ingredients it was easier to just order with the cafe worker. Acai bowl: I ordered a custom 10oz bowl, but it ended up being too much Acai for me and I wasn't able to finish, so if you don't each much get a smaller one. They only allow 3 free toppings. I decided to try dried mango as one of my toppings because I've never had that before from an Acai place. The flavor of the dried mango was good, but they were too chewy making it slightly hard to eat. The flavor of the Acai base itself was amazing it was perfectly sweet and the fruit was very fresh. The Brazilian cheese bread was good, but could have been more flavorful compared to Brazilian cheese bread that I've had before. I probably wouldn't order it again, but it was great to give it a try.

Stopped by to grab a quick to go brunch and this place did not disappoint! The lady working behind the counter was so sweet and made some good recommendations based off at being our first time at this location. I ordered the energy açai bowl and a beef pocket. The açai bowl was 10 ounces and was delicious. I also ordered the beef pocket, the beef was seasoned so well it had such a nice flavor and I really enjoyed how fluffy the pocket was. The store is so cute and it gives off like a coffee shop vibe. They have tons of little bakery items and even small Brazilian snacks and juices. I'll definitely be making a stop here once again as they have so many options to choose from.

Original Kitanda Bread (K.B) 5 Mini Chicken Cones

I have been eyeing this place since it opens a while back and just kept forgetting to try it. Finally made it in. It's in the same location where the old Starbucks was so parking can get a bit crazy. Super cute inside. They do have a limited amount of bakery items so hoping at some point the add some more. The two employees that were working that day were really friendly. Tried the beef pocket and loved how it was filled with flavor meat and the bread was soft. Also had the mini chicken cones and they were also very good, just a little on the dry side so I wish they would have some kind of dipping sauce. The Kitanda bread (which is a pāo de queijo) and it's was soft and gooey inside. For a bit of sweetness I tried a coming bun and I personally did not like it. It looked like it was meant to be a cinnamon bun but with coconut and it was just a bit too dry. It was missing the condensed milk and maybe that's why it was dry. Didn't try the coffee this time as it was late but will be going back.

Very nice place for breakfast and coffee. Hostess upfront was very helpful with recommendations. Iced coffee was made to order. For being just one person running register and making everything service was very fast. Will return to try different pastry items. It was very chill coffee shop vibes.

Don't walk, Run!! Let this coffee shop transport you to Brazil. The coffee was delicious, Acai out of this world, and food was exquisite/scrumptious. The delicate decorations and details such as having fresh flowers on the table, to beautiful Bosa Nova playing made our Sunday morning delightful. In addition, the place was immaculate clean, and Anderson gave us WOW customer service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

They are definitely at their best when they're fresh and straight out of the fryer, warm, light, fluffy, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness. It's the kind of dessert that's hard to stop eating once you start. The café itself is small and has a cozy atmosphere, making it a nice spot to grab a quick treat or coffee. Just keep in mind that seating is limited, so it may not be the best place if you're looking to hang out for an extended period. The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they also weren't particularly warm or welcoming. A little more enthusiasm and friendliness would make the experience match how great the desserts are. Overall, the quality of the beignets easily earns this place five stars. I'll definitely be back, and my biggest recommendation is to enjoy them while they're fresh, they're absolutely worth it.

So order swiftly! Hahaha. Plating (food presentation) is very important and they get 5+ stars for presentation...check out the pictures. The pancakes were thick and melt in the mouth fluffy and delicious. It would have been great to have real bottled maple syrup and not the small Togo packages...but they sufficed. While it tasted pretty good, the Omelette was made differently and more like a folded over taco with the contents sprinkled inside soooooo it tended to fall apart with each fork full and that was annoying but I finished it all soooooo tasted good. The smoothie was impressive and not too sweet, nicely frozen, and hit the spot. The strawberry and the cinnamon bun pancakes were true to their name and quite phenomenal. I had a latte to close out the meal and it was one of the best lattes I have tasted...I did not even have to add sweetener! Next time, I'll try the hot chocolate. I did not seem any bottomless coffee offerings...drats. Nice space with open grab your own table seating and lots of large windows to let in plenty of light. They definitely don't want you to stay too long because even with my well cushioned derrière, the metal retro chair was pretty uncomfortable. The only two bathrooms were spacious (good handicap accessibility) and immaculate especially with the long line and number of people using it AND most importantly they had a diaper changing table...I am always amazed at the number of establishments that don't have changing tables...and so I always check. It was nice to visit a local non-chain breakfast place. We were a party of 8, ordered a lot (it is pricey so keep that in mind!as you are tempted to order everything on the menu), and were over-full and satisfied when we left. We will most definitely return

The staff was super friendly, and the café had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that would be perfect for getting some work done or catching up with a friend. One thing that makes XO even more unique is that there's also a tattoo studio inside. From what I saw, appointments are required, but I thought it was such a cool concept and added to the overall vibe of the space. I'll definitely be back because there are still so many drinks on the menu I want to try. It is located in the same plaza as the Miniso, bookstore, Bath and Body Works, and Ulta. It can be a little crazy finding parking and people sometimes are a bit aggressive with trying to get a space, especially around peak meal times. Be patient and drive slowly. I did get a spot after getting lucky. The boba tea shop sells food as well, including pho, banh mi sandwiches, and a few smaller bites/appetizers. It was packed with people ordering food to accompany their tea, so it was impossible to find a table to sit at. For ordering, they have a tablet or you can order at the counter. I went to the counter as someone was entering a big order on the tablet. The fellow at the counter was polite and answered my questions about the drinks. You can adjust the sweetness on the drinks and pay a little extra for the alternate milks if you have an allergy or preference. I ordered the small size of their Earl grey boba milk tea with the brown sugar pearls, less sweetness, and almond milk. They gave me a buzzer for my order and I stood off to the side to wait for my order. I did come during a busy period, so it took a bit longer to get my drink order. The pearls were made fresh in front of me, so the bottom of my cup was warm from making the brown sugar boba. The pearls were a good consistency - not gummy or hard. I feel the tea was a little lackluster in a way and not the best I've ever had. Maybe I did get a weak batch that day, but it felt watered down and the syrup added a little flavor to it. I'm mixed about this place - I like the boba consistency and freshness, but the tea tasting a bit weak is a deal breaker for me.
