I can't help but notice that one and two star reviews tend to be the absolute fault of the customer. It's like they have never shopped retail at all. There are corporate policies that are standard in the industry and the managers of there stores must adhere to those policies, as do the associates. And if you will simply ASK about those policies or simply look closer to see that they are indeed posted, you can make a decision without damaging the reputation of a national, and very successful, chain store, simply because of your ignorance. That being said, I am very pleased with the Arnold, MO location in particular, as that is the store I shop during the season.
