While the initial design sessions went well, I cannot say the same since we have placed our order. We have had numerous delays and bumps in the road. Finally, the cabinets arrived and two of them are defective. For about one month now, I have been corresponding back and forth with Jaeger/Tedd Wood about the defective drawers. I cannot get any confirmation from either party about the resolution of my issue. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.
