For me it was the perfect balance of relaxation and speed. (When it takes too long it feels like a chore & becomes stressful instead of relaxing!) I didn't want to write a review, but I feel like what I noticed today is the last straw. When I first came into the salon, I had waited 40+ minutes to officially be seated with a nail tech, and I didn't mind it TOO much because I had no plans later in the evening and they treated me with a kind 10% discount for the wait. What started to be slightly upsetting though was the nail tech telling me they are unable to do the art I wanted (simple painted flower) and suggested several stickers for me to go through uncomfortably while she's working on my hands. All throughout the prep process I felt rushed to find the sticker I wanted (obviously took time because I wasn't expecting to even have to find stickers in the first place-) and it would have been nice for them to at least help in suggesting which stickers of hers would match the best with the image I gave her, but I finally chose the stickers, and when i first sat down she had let me know she can do a try-out/test nail to test a color she suggested out of the blue because "she doesn't want me to end up with a color i don't want". When I told her the stickers I wanted once she was done with the prepping, she suddenly felt panicked, looking at the front desk several times and complained to me how i "didn't know what i wanted" (suggesting i took too long choosing) while telling me she won't do the try-out/test nail color because she doesn't have time, pointing to the front desk of literally one customer in line; telling me she has only tEN MINUTES left of her time. I was shook because I legit spent almost an hoUR sitting around and now she's complaining and ruSHING the process!! She quickly glued the stickers and put on a top coat and called it a day. I thought to myself maybe she was just new.. but today (about 2 weeks later) I noticed when my nail grew out, she had actually buffed/drilled my NATURAL nail deeper than needed when trying to make the gel x seamless with my natural nail (image attached below). I'm actually so upset by this and will never be coming back again. I was a fan of this salon chain but maybe its only good at santana row/sunnyvale areas, nOT morgan hill. read more

This time, I didn't have a very good experience. Angela was okay for my pedicure (not as good as the first time), but I had someone named Lyly for my hands (first acrylic fill ever). I specifically asked for somebody who is really skilled at nail designs because we are going on a special vacation, and they acted like they had put me with the best nail artist on the planet. She was far from it. I found her to be abrasive and unkind at times, and my nails are completely lopsided. They are also unattractive. I paid nearly 400 dollars (387) for both of these services together, including tips, and I definitely feel ripped off. It feels terrible to leave anything less than a really good tip for someone's work, so that is what I did because it is classy. At the same time, I'm not happy with the end result or the overall experience. Not to mention, I somehow ended up spending many hours there, and it felt like a total waste of life. read more

Just updating my last review.. Sadly, the night of getting my nails done, I took a warm/hot shower and my nails started to form some tiny bubbles. I'm assuming that means my nails weren't cured all the way. But I could be wrong. The bubbles mess up the "natural" look. read more

This place is awful! I booked my fill online for a set price. It took them a while to seat me and the tech barely even greeted me. I asked for almond shape and she gave me oval and i had to ask her to make them almond and she gave me an attitude. When she was finally done with my nails, she charged me $10 EXTRA FOR SHAPING ALMOND NAILS!!! I definitely would never go back and will be telling family and friends to avoid this place. read more
