The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. To make matters worse, the wall trim in the room was chipped and damaged during installation. I reached out in early March 2025, and a manager came to inspect the issues. He acknowledged the problems and said someone would return to fix them. That was over two months ago- despite follow-up messages, I've received no response. I've been left with visibly damaged carpet and zero accountability. I feel completely taken advantage of, and the end result looks cheap and unfinished.
