We liked how they do the work themselves (instead of hiring others) and have high standards for excellence. When we couldn't afford an add-on for the bid, they decided to surprise us by generously throw it in for us free of charge anyway. They are a couple of good Christian guys who actually care about people, care about their work, and care about reflecting God's love. In the past, we have had challenges with contractors cutting corners on quality, taking way longer than expected and continually raising the price. Working with the Gentry's was the opposite of our past horror stories. They finished when they said they would, they ensured it looked excellent and they were totally honest and upfront about the price. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and recommend anyone else to as well!

This resulted in cabinetry that could not fit the space. I was blamed by the owner, but because all information was corresponded via email, the owner messed up the order and it was glaringly obvious. After several emails back and forth I was promised a check amount in refund. At no point did the owner measure the space, walk me through the plans and details, nor said they were sorry for screwing up. I am supposed to get a check refund when they return on the 2nd. If done, I will change my review to a 2 star review. Be careful folks.

The design work Kayron did was beyond what we could have imagined ourselves. The attention to detail and innovative approach to a space is so worth it. I am glad we did not limit ourselves and went ahead and did a design consult that went beyond replacing tiles and cabinets. Kayron is so patient and thorough. She listened to our needs and really understood how we use the space. There was no cookie cutter approach to her design. I sent quote request to this guys with several pictures of my kitchen that shows layout. But after several back and forth they were not able to provide me an estimate. They require you to do this over the phone even if there is zero reason to do so. They had all necessary information to provide estimate for me but they just wasted my and their time.
